Beautiful Oceanfront Villa with sweeping ocean views. Large balcony with fire pit & BBQ. Rooftop terrace with 360 view to mountains and beyond. Mexican hacienda beach house decor with modern appliances. Pool, Jacuzzi and sandy beach area with beach umbrellas and are 15 minutes south of Rosarito, once you cross the border we are about 45 south. We are right next to the sand dunes, which are beachfront, you could bring your own quads etc. or rent there. Many Cyclers and surfing. Plenty Of surf Breaks. Lots of Hole in the wall restaurants as well as sports bars. We are in Primo Tapia, small calm town growing in popularity by its weekly tourism, yet small enough to get away from the big tourist seen, but not far from it. Our Homes are in a gated community with 24 hour security. Perfect for a getaway while being close to local attractions in case you want to enjoy beautiful Rosarito, Wine tasting in Valle de Guadalupe, Go to Puerto Nuevo, famous for their exquisite array of seafood restaurants and 45 min to Ensenada were the famous Ocean Blow Hole could be found. We are sure that you will have a wonderful and unforgettable time. Imagine that you can clearly hear relaxing wave sounds while you enjoying a beautiful sunset in the Ocean Front Jacuzzi, that and more is exactly what you will get with our beachfront house that overlooks the ocean.
