Great for big groups who want in-town experiences without experiencing in-town prices or business travelers in-town for a convention. A 5 min drive by car to the New Mercedes Benz Statdium, Georgia Aquarium, & CNN center. A 9 min drive from all major hotel convention rooms (Sheradon, Marriott, Omni, and Hyatt). A 7 min drive to all Atlanta major colleges. This house is located on a quiet street. No notorious Atlanta traffic to worry about when you are already in town.

Guest has all access to the top unit of the duplex. There is a front door access as well as a upper deck back door access that enters into the kitchen. The bottom unit is separate from this listing.
