Important Note:
Pool is currently closed until early September due to upgrades.

Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Parking is off street (not undercover) with room for 3 vehicles/boat.

Property also has surveillance camera on the property which faces out toward the water on the balcony.

Perhaps the best view on the Australian East Coast?

Family loved, loved, loved this place. BEST views on the coast, certainly in the region. The couches and sofas were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything. The kids even said, "This is a kitchen we'd want to cook in." Very spacious. Cons: carpets could use a cleaning and the TV in the main room didn't work that great (went in and out, which is frustrating when you're on vacation and just want to watch TV in front of the ocean :). But, the property managers were on point and very helpful. Would highly recommend. I typically don't like to return to the same place, but based on the family's input, I'd consider returning.

The view is stunning 180 degree ocean views just across the road. It is well equipped and fit our family of 7 comfortably. Large kitchen for entertaining, a wrap around deck to take in the views and the master bedroom was huge with a large ensuite. A downside was the ensuite was open to the bedroom which we found very strange and not very useable if you want to shower or use the toilet in private! Also the large skylights in the bedroom didn't allow for sleep ins unfortunately as the sun streamed in. The living areas were great, and easily accommodated our large family. Lots of games, great selection of books and the constant roar of the ocean just outside the door.

Great location and views

This house in Dalmeny had everything we needed for a family vacation across 3 generations. Nice big kitchen/dining/living area. Amazing views. The pool was an added bonus.

Reviewer Comments: enjoyed stay but some issues need to be addressed only has 3 bathrooms not 4 as advertised and no usable ironing board also needs overall review of cleaning eg soft furnishings / bathroom vents etc

Beautiful location but needs some love and maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location is beautiful and the kitchen is very well equipped. This place though would very much benefit from maintenance. There was mould in the main bedroom, the deck feeling unsteady underfoot and rodents! I have previously stated in Nov 20 and since then the mould has become worse. In its current state I wouldn't recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view from this property is absolutely amazing! The house layout and the amount of space is perfect for a large family or multiple couples to holiday together. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could ever need. The only negative was the poor maintenance of the house. The deck and pavers around the pool are in dire need of replacement and I would not recommend bare feet on these surfaces as a few of us obtained injuries. We also noticed some of the lesser used bedrooms were very dusty, so perhaps a thorough clean is required. Overall a fantastic stay, but proper maintenance of the house would make it perfect!

Fantastic position

106 Ocean Parade, Dalmeny enjoys a fantastic position right on the clifftop high above a headland. We weren't there at the right time, but the view of passing whales must be amazing. The house is big and well set up for our family of teenagers and grandparents: big sitting room, large well set-up kitchen & surround deck. However, the spa was unusable as solar heating is toally unusable and there is serious maintenance needed on external windows, doors, pool tiling and children's bedrooms.
