Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this stylish coastal home, perfectly situated directly opposite the beach with stunning ocean views. The very sunny aspect ensures a break in the cooler months is equally as enjoyable as a summer holiday.



The Space:

This home features a step-free interior and level access from the rear for easy entry. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area boasts wrap-around glass, providing breathtaking views of the dynamic coastline.



Bedroom 1, with a king bed, has ocean views and includes a private ensuite, while Bedrooms 2 (king bed) and 3 (two king single beds) share a second bathroom. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, and the laundry includes both a washer and dryer for convenience. All bed linen & bath towels are provided + complimentary Wifi.



At the rear of the house, a sheltered verandah awaits, complete with a gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



Guest Access:

Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway or behind the gate at the rear of the property. The garage is not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

A choice of swimming and surf beaches, fishing, lakes and kayaking areas are all only moments away.

Enjoy long beach walks, a spot of beach fishing or curl up with a book



Getting Around:

Bring your bicycle & explore our village via the wonderful sealed pathways passing by local shops and other attractions around to the boatshed/cafe area. Panorama is a 5 minute walk from Club Tuross which offers meals, golf, bowls, and entertainment, making it a convenient location for leisure activities.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;

• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.

• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Panorama @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.



𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.



Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted. The property is non smoking internally.
