This 3 Bedroom 2 bath 5th floor condo is located in the sought after Oceanfront Sanibel Condominium complex in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. The Condo sits on the North side of the building with views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway from your private balcony. The unit boasts a full kitchen, large living and dining area, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In addition, you will have an assigned covered parking space. You will also have access to the beautiful oceanfront new 2 million dollar new pool and spa, workout room, and community room. Sanibel Condominium is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local entertainment. It is also just steps away from the all theme parks in Orlando.

Long weekend stay

My friends and I stayed here for the Rockville festival and it's in a great location very clean and the property manager was so nice and so easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

If you ain’t first your last!

Four buddies went down for the Daytona 500, The accommodation worked perfectly for our needs. Location was good right on the beach, we had plenty of room with a few bonus amenities. All in all I completely recommend this VRBO.

Best Condo Ever

This was our family vacation before my daughter heading off to college. And by far this is the best condo ever that we have stayed in. The condo was not only clean but so was the property. Loved the garage area, felt very safe. The town was so peaceful and quiet. At night sitting on the balcony just listening to the waves or watching the sunset. It was so amazing and we didn't want to leave.

Our family had a great time at this condo during our week at Daytona! Roomy and all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay here again!! Next to the “no drive” section of the beach. Perfect for our 2-yr old granddaughter. The beach was fabulous!!!

Nice location but wouldn’t stay again

The location and views were great, but not quite a 5-star experience. Communication was lacking at times and the condo gives the feel that no one has ever really lived there. We would recommend adding some basic things like curtains on the bedroom windows, nightstands on both sides of the beds, more linens including kitchen towels and enough beach towels for the whole party, replacing the carpet in the master bedroom, and ensuring that all check-in/check-out information is accurate.

To many issues

Overall the condo is ok and Alan did call letting me know they had water issues just before our stay, however we didn’t expect to walk in with blowers in the bathroom and a Huge humidifier running in the middle of the kitchen. They were not removed until the afternoon of the next day. Also, the hot water was turned off so we didn’t have hot water for showers until I turn the water back on. Another issue was most of the condo buildings parking lot was unusable due the landscapers covering the spots up with dirt or blocking them off. The one parking spot in the garage wasn’t useable the 1st night as someone double parked in the spot. I called and left messages at both numbers provided I got no response, even texted. Overall just a hassle staying at this property.

Overall stay was great. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Awesome family atmosphere. Accidentally left my very expensive cooler outside and the maintenance man scooped it up and held it for me.

A Relaxing Visit
