Wonderful Property!

We usually stay up near the La Vela location every year for our family beach trip but we decided to stay towards St Andrews and we are absolutely glad we decided to. Perfect location that is not crowded and the most wonderful part is no dealing with elevators, waiting on the elevators and huge crowds. It was a joy to literally walk 20 yards from the front door to the beach. The house was super spacious and clean and the locals and other rentals were quiet and wonderful. Highly recommend staying here and we will be keeping this in the favorites!!!

Home away from Home

We have thoroughly enjoyed our week at PCB that is due in part to the gracious and plentiful accommodations from the Kents. We had plenty of room for our family of six and our little dachshund. The location was perfect for coming and going to the beach and to get out and about to eat or for activities. Communications before and during our trip was a welcome difference from owners we have had before. Joanna called us the day before we arrived and texted occasionally throughout the week to ensure that we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back here again. Thank you Joanna for everything!!

Awesome house! Awesome location! Awesome owners!

Family trip with 2 kids (both under 10) for 5 days. This location could not have been any better! Literally less that 50 steps from door to toes in sand! The beach in this location was not crowded at all! House has everything you could need. Owners were awesome (and no, I do not know them personally.) They called and texted to make sure we made it and everything was as it was supposed to be. If we choose to return to Panama City Beach next year, we will rebook this property.

Very happy with this property!

This is a great location! It’s quiet and next to the beach. We had to leave our home due to damage from hurricane Michael and it was great to relax here after working all day on our house. The hosts were great!

Retail Clothing business owners from Canada, we have spent many years vacationing across the Southern United States and Caribbean. In search for a more permanent oasis, we discovered this property while vacationing in Panama City Beach, and have enjoyed manygreat winters in the home.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this place the moment we viewed the Gulf from the balcony. It's so close to entertainment on excursion, while so relaxing when 'staying in', that it really offers a lot for a vacation spot.

Lots of Parking, lots of room for hosting, great views and across from a stellar beach.
The Beach contains an abundance of shells, that offers a truly unique and quantifying 'Shelling Experience'.
