Overall as advertised. Nice pool view from balcony. Elevators 1 of the 2 on our end was out of service 3 of our 4 days. Made for long waits. (which are not part of this actual unit, but of the whole complex). We were a 6pm arrival so no one at front desk and was a bit confusing trying to figure out what to do. The code our host sent to text earlier in the day was the important piece of the puzzle as there is a room with lock boxes by the front desk and that code opened ours for room key and items. We would not have known this without the help of other guests. Thanks.

A little something for everyone

The Palms Resort is perfect for a family vacation. Lots of amenities like gorgeous pools and hot tubs, fun bar with outdoor games, gym and an adorable coffee shop. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

It felt so luxurious! A full kitchen, a full living room, 2 gorgeous king bedrooms, 2 very clean bathrooms with soft towels, and in room laundry! Not to mention the balcony! I would definitely stay there again. It's in the middle of all of the activities and restaurants. The public parking for the beach is just across the road where there is an awesome little shop that you can buy candy, ice cream ,souvenirs and even beach accessories. Me and the fam enjoyed our stay!

Great stay with all you need

Property had all we needed. Well furnished and amazing views and location. Only negative was a slow master bed bathroom sink drain, but not a deal breaker at all.

Very nice property and convenient to alot of things. The only drawback was the road construction and having to leave a day early because of the hurricane heading toward my home in georgia.

Everyone loved the pool area!!! Great location to beach and everything else. Bathroom sink drain clogged. Black mold in one bathroom. Lots of towels which was nice! Kitchen set up was good. We had a lovely time, just needs some deeper cleaning and updates.

Condo itself seemed fairly clean, but they had mold by the ac vents. Hallways and elevators smelled like urine. Management was horrible! There was an incident at the pool and we could not get in touch with management. Jeremy was his name, and he was extremely rude once he was contacted. The weather was clear and they would not open the pool!! Any time Jeremy was contacted, he would hang up the phone.

The property, pool, restaurant and bar are great. The unit needs a lot of love: The carpeting is filthy, needs a good clearning. The small towel bar in the hall bathroom falls off the wall, the right bracket is broken. The bathroom off the master suite has no stoppers in the sink or tub. The shower curtain liner and window in tub are moldy. Sheers on all windows are dirty and worn. The sliding door tracks need to be cleaned and rollers replaced, very difficult to open. Needs new living room furniture and dining room chairs. We sat on pillows since we sank almost to the floor when we sat down. Based on the current condition of the unit, I would not stay there again.

Incredible property! Easy parking, checkin-in/out, all over the resort was clean and there was plenty to do on the property with our toddler. The home was beautiful, spacious, stocked with essentials and spotless clean. They had beach toys/boogie boards, styrafoam coolers and a couple of chairs tucked away in the closet and so we didn't need to bring/buy our own! We were walking distance from so many things (beach, restaraunts, activities, etc) and staff gave tips about how to avoid traffic when we did need to drive somewhere. I did ask the host a question about booking an additional night prior to check-in but never heard back from them either way. Aside from this, everything was perfect. We had such a great time and the property was perfect!

The bed/bathrooms were spacious, which make my sister, who is partially handicapped, able to move around freely. The balcony was a good size with nice furniture/tables. The kitchen was clean and stocked as advertised. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend The Palms to others, especially #2601, which I would request in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and grounds are exactly as stated and the pictures are accurate. The unit was clean, I would not say spotless. Plenty of room and relaxing balconies. The unit did not have any spices, baggies, etc in the kitchen, just the basics. There are some beach chairs and supplies in the closet. The shuttle runs every hour to the beach but is an easy 10 minute walk across the street. The back porch and Walmart are walkable as well for groceries and food. Process was easy coming and going for reservations. The palms restaurant downstairs actually has decent food and drinks with some entertainment on certain nights. The pool is pretty and some fire pits for night time. You will enjoy your stay!

Pleased with the location and amenities of the resort! Had a wonderful family vacation here. Large pool is not heated though. Unit could have been cleaner. There was a lot of mildew buildup on the master bath ceiling and stained linens.
