Our unit is well-appointed whether you are staying for a long weekend or multiple weeks. Our amenities include: a 46" flatscreen SmartTV with cable in the living room, a 32" flatscreen cable TV in the bedroom, WiFi in the unit, washer and dryer, and new flooring throughout to help keep things clean and fresh. The kitchen, has full size appliances, including a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher an
microwave.

Sundaes in the Park for free fun and live music and fireworks! The condo is park front, just steps to the weekly concert/fireworks and bay pier. Or enjoy the fireworks from the awesome view from the balcony!
This north island location is awesome! Boardwalk or convention center bound? Catch a short ride on the convenient OC bus, a covered bus stop is on the corner.

Best place in OC!

Chad and Nicole have a lovely place and they are great hosts. The Sundays in the park are always a great way to start the week. The location is perfect and the kids always enjoy the beaches, the pool and all the ice cream places within walking distance :) a perfect end to the summer!

Dance Nationals

This properly is amazingly maintained. The outside is plain, but we were very happily surprised upon stepping inside the condo! The ocean is a 5 min walk. The bay is a 10 min walk (the way we went at least). There is a grocery store and food witching a 2-5 min walk from the condo as well. The host was very responsive in any questions and very kind/courteous. If we go to Ocean City again, this will be where we are staying!

Pleasant stay at the beach

Nice, straightforward 2nd floor walkup in north Ocean City with kitchen, washer/dryer and access to a swimming pool. 2 blocks to the beach. Walking track and public park behind the condos. Communication with hosts was great, very organized. Thanks for a nice week

First VRBO and wonderful experience

I booked in the fall for our first time visiting OC for a Nationals dance competition for my 7 year old daughter. Lots of anxiety going into it, but as questions popped up about location, noise level, etc. Chad and Nicole were responsive to my messages even months before our stay. When we arrived check in was easy and quick and we even received an email while on the road that we could check in early if we were able! This condo was quiet and we had NO issues with noise level. Even on the Fourth of July! My daughter had 5am wake up calls for her dances and I never had to worry about her not getting enough sleep bc of the condos peaceful atmosphere. The pool was wonderful and in our down time my daughter made fast friends with other guests. Travel was easy as the condo was within walking distance to many things and a short drive from others. The park and pier was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! One thing we would add is a toaster for breakfast time :) Thank you Chad and Nicole for letting us stay in your condo!

The property has a prime location, steps to both Beach and Bay. It overlooks beautiful Northside Park, with all the activities it offers year round. Park your car and walk to shopping, restaurants and public transit. Very close (only 1 mi) to Fenwick Island's tax free shopping and activities!
