New flooring throughout ensures a fresh and clean environment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

This is by far our favorite place to stay in ocean city! The place is convenient and lovely and Chad and Nicole are great hosts. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Summer 2024

We had a great stay at Raffles. The condo is located within walking distance of everything including the beach, Northside Park, the pier, kayaking, playground, mini golf, ice cream, and restaurants. Our kids had a blast!

Best place in OC!

Chad and Nicole have a lovely place and they are great hosts. The Sundays in the park are always a great way to start the week. The location is perfect and the kids always enjoy the beaches, the pool and all the ice cream places within walking distance :) a perfect end to the summer!

Perfect Condo for a Beach Vacation!

Loved the condo! Very clean and comfortable. Condo was roomy and plenty of space for a family. The deck overlooking the park was great to watch the fireworks and to just hang out. Pool and property were well taken care of. Chad and Nicole were great and answered any questions we had about our stay and Ocean City. Great place and great vacation! Thank you!

Nice beach vacation

Well-maintained condo with great location in North Ocean City. One flight of stairs walk-up. Easy walk to beach, grocery store and a few casual restaurants; quick drive on Coastal Highway to anywhere else. Amenities (central A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit) and swimming pool on property outstanding for area. Park/track behind the condo complex is also nice. Owners communicate clearly & well. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a nice week.

Perfection

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the moment we opened the door. This home is comfy,clean and welcoming. Beautiful park view which we took advantage of. The park had an amazing concert and fireworks upon our arrival. We also used the playground and rented kayaks in the bay. The beach was an easy walk as well as several restaurant's, shopping , putt putt and ice cream! We were very happy and the location is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with my family! We made beautiful life long memories! We hope to stay again!

Dance Nationals

This properly is amazingly maintained. The outside is plain, but we were very happily surprised upon stepping inside the condo! The ocean is a 5 min walk. The bay is a 10 min walk (the way we went at least). There is a grocery store and food witching a 2-5 min walk from the condo as well. The host was very responsive in any questions and very kind/courteous. If we go to Ocean City again, this will be where we are staying!

First VRBO and wonderful experience

I booked in the fall for our first time visiting OC for a Nationals dance competition for my 7 year old daughter. Lots of anxiety going into it, but as questions popped up about location, noise level, etc. Chad and Nicole were responsive to my messages even months before our stay. When we arrived check in was easy and quick and we even received an email while on the road that we could check in early if we were able! This condo was quiet and we had NO issues with noise level. Even on the Fourth of July! My daughter had 5am wake up calls for her dances and I never had to worry about her not getting enough sleep bc of the condos peaceful atmosphere. The pool was wonderful and in our down time my daughter made fast friends with other guests. Travel was easy as the condo was within walking distance to many things and a short drive from others. The park and pier was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! One thing we would add is a toaster for breakfast time :) Thank you Chad and Nicole for letting us stay in your condo!

OC fun but condo not so great.

Mixed bag. This condo is a close walk to the beach and overlooks a large park where fireworks were visible from the deck in July 4th. The condo was clean upon arrival. Those things were nice, but there were other things that negatively impacted our vacation. During our stay, we had almost constant noise at all hours from the condo unit above, which made it difficult to sleep. The building is older and seems to be poorly insulated. This condo has been mainly renovated, but aspects of it are still older and should be replaced/updated - such as the stackable washer/dryer unit which appeared to be at least 10 yrs old. Even though the owners apparently knew the day before we arrived that the washer/dryer was not working, they didn't inform us in advance of our arrival of this problem and discuss options. Instead, they texted us on the second day of our stay that we could not use the washer/dryer at all, because it needed to be replaced. It was not replaced during our stay. We always rent a unit with a washer/dryer for beach vacations so we can easily do laundry in the evenings. While we understand that even new appliances sometimes break, this washer/dryer was so old it should have been replaced when other aspects of the condo were updated. Otherwise, it is not accurate to advertise the entire condo as recently renovated. When we expressed to the owners that we were not happy about the situation and would not have rented the unit had we been told in advance of the problem - like we should have been, tre owners texted to use a laundromat (offering up to $30 as reimbursemen) or to go find another place to stay (offering to reimburse for remaining nights). Obviously, the 4th of July week is VERY busy at the beach. Repacking all of our vacation gear and trying to find another condo made no sense, so we stayed at this unit the rest of the week. We used a local laundromat- spending valuable vacation time watching coin operated machines rather than doing things we would rather have been doing. We were not reimbursed $30 or any other amount. We believe the owners should not only have advertised accurately about their partially renovated unit, but that they should have told us about the broken washer/dryer before our stay and at a minimum offered to reimburse us a portion of the rental cost for the inconvenience. We have rented from VRBO/Home Away for about ten years and always had good experiences before this one. We would not stay at this unit again.

Clean and bright

We loved our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and there were so many restaurants nearby. The location was ideal for small children as we weren't in the heart of boardwalk chaos and my daughter loved having the pool as an option for swimming. We'll definitely visit again!

Awesome!!

We love staying at this condo. This is our second time and definitely the best place to stay at OC. The condo is clean, convenient (close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants) and quiet. It is the perfect place for a family or a couple to get away. We looking forward to hopefully coming back next year!

Nice well maintained condo, great location!

This 2nd floor condo by the beach was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location was great! Just 2 blocks from the beach and the park-side view was nice. Always lots of activity and people watching. Saw a lot of softball games, and had the best seats on the deck to watch the fireworks on Sunday. Also walking distance to several restaurants, bars, grocery store, mini golf and ice cream. You literally don't have to get in your car once you arrive. The place was well appointed with basic supplies like laundry detergent, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc., as well as ample cookware and dishes. If I had to make one critique, the lighting could have been a little better. Overall great experience though!

Great location!

We always loved this location and the condo had everything needed. It was clean and we loved the high chairs on the balcony so you could see over the railing. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to get back again next year. The park is such a great place!

Great Location, Spotless Place!

My friend and I decided to take a last minute trip to OCMD mid-September. This place was perfect! The hosts were so accommodating, everything was up-to-date and spotless, and the washer/dryer was a definite plus! So many places to eat and drink within walking distance. Everything in the condo was easily accessible, and the hosts left directions and brochures which greatly helped us OCMD first-timers! I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the super kind hosts!

Perfect family vacation

Best OC trip

The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, two blocks to a lovely section of the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The kids loved the pool in the evenings.. I was also impressed at how quiet the condo was - we never heard any of the neighbors. We can’t wait to come back here again!
