Set amongst a beautiful big garden, this modern and refreshing home is just a short walk or bike ride to Brights town centre with the Cherry Walk and Ovens River at your back door.

The stylish open plan living area features a wood fire and large TV with DVD player, as well as reverse cycle heating/cooling. From the lounge area, open out onto the patio with outdoor setting and BBQ. The 'cooks kitchen' is fitted out with quality Odern appliances and a huge feature oven/stove that will have you cooking up a family feast in no time!

Your spacious master bedroom over looking the well maintained garden features a king bed, flat screen TV, 3 x built in robes, ensuite with bath and a separate toilet.
In the second bedroom you will find a queen bed with a wooden clothes rack and a wall mounted TV.
The third bedroom has a king single bed with an optional king single trundle tucked underneath and a wooden clothes rack.

Heading through to the open plan Studio you will find a king bed (can be split upon request at time of booking.), a private ensuite with shower and toilet, and a cosy kitchenette with your own dining table. You will also have the option of a fold out king single bed.

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.


The main bathroom consists of an open shower, toilet and single vanity.

The European laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and an iron and ironing board.

Outside you will find seating throughout the lovely garden, and a firepit to enjoy in the cooler months with firewood provided for your convenience.

With convenient undercover parking in the single car port there is also for another 3 cars to park behind in the driveway.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
