With the Canyon Walk and Ovens River at the back gate, location does not get much better than this. The property is conveniently located allowing easy access to local shops and cafes as well as the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail.
Ideal for groups and large families, Warrina offers great indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. A large outdoor setting and BBQ area overlooking the Ovens River offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
Indoors, a large common area with a large timber dining table seating 10 makes dining and entertaining easy, in the living area there are a number of sofas and wood fire for the cooler winter months and reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer months. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and oven, appliances and all crockery and cutlery. A small rec room is set off the dining area, great for children. Wi fi included.

Bed 1 – Queen bed, electric blanket, small BIR, ensuite shower, basin, and toilet
Bed 2 – Queen bed, electric blanket, small BIR blankets and 2 x fans, wooden draws
Bed 3 – 1 x single and 1 x bunk – small room

Bed 5 – Upstairs – Queen bed, electric blanket, ceiling fan, ensuite single shower, basin and toilet, WIR with various blankets, access to outdoor private balcony
All queen beds have electric blankets. All linen is supplied for your convenience.
Main bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet, vanity and basin. Downstairs ensuite is newly renovated, with shower, toilet, vanity and basin. Upstairs bathroom offers shower, toilet, vanity, full length mirror and basin, which is accessible via bedroom 4.
Ensuring the property is comfortable all year round, there are ceiling fans throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning and combustion wood fire. There is a clothes airer for your convenience.
Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
