Located in the upscale South of Fifth neighborhood, my apartment is 1 block from the Beach with all the best restaurants and nightlife at your doorstep meaning you are within walking distance of everything! My home has just been renovated and has lots of natural light and new finishes. You can use the washer and dryer as well as new appliances such as High-Speed WiFi. I also supply Beach Chairs, Beach Cooler, Beach toys, Board games, and TV with Streaming Services HBO included. There is Pack and Play provided for families also. The elevator to the floor so works for people with Strollers and Wheelchairs.

Why they chose this property
Next to the party but not in it! The perfect location for almost any group. This is a quite no party building so you can enjoy your sleep but close to all the action. Tons of great restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood. Very little rift raft so make it a great walking area.
