This property is on the golf course with a large deck for enjoying the outdoors! Family friendly, spacious end unit town home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The location is perfect - only 3 minutes from the heart of downtown and the famous hot springs resort, and only 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, and an upper loft area for the kids to hangout. There is a comfy sleeper sectional sofa with two recliners in the living room and a 60 inch plasma TV mounted above the cozy fireplace. The large picture windows in the living room look out onto the golf course and San Juan mountains and various wild life. It is equipped with 5 g/100 MB internet fast enough for everyone to get online and stream. The 60 inch TV is equipped with a Roku for entertainment from DirectTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and more (sign in with your account)! The kitchen is clean and efficient with everything you need to cook a meal at home, when you're not out enjoying the many delicious restaurants in the area. The dining room table seats up to 6. All of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a sleep number mattress and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a sleep number mattress for maximum comfort. Each room has access to their own private balcony! The third bedroom has one twin bed with memory foam mattresses. Theprimary bedroom has an on suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. The other full size upstairs bathroom also has a bath tub and shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with linens, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The half bath is downstairs. The bonus loft is above the bedroom level a and is equipped with board games and lounging chairs. There is a single car garage big enough for an SUV. The garage is also equipped with a ski and snowboard rack for your gear to dry out overnight. During periods of heavy snow, the parking area is plowed for easy access to the unit. The house has everything you would need: coffee maker, cups, plates, silverware, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, new range/stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, etc. As a renter you have access to the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center for a small fee of $18 per day per person located at 45 Eagles Loft Circle. They have a jacuzzi, swimming pooI, weights, locker rooms and more. Come relax and enjoy the beautiful town of Pagosa Springs and all the area has to offer.
