Villa Valasia is an independent residence of 280m2 which was built with modern architecture, with many openings that give plenty of light to every corner of the house and a stunning view of the Aegean Sea and the green forest on the south side with 4 acres of fenced garden.
Construction has been made on 2 levels due to the slope of the ground. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom (with King size bed) with its own private bathroom and includes a zaccuzi (full operated), the 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and a sofa - bed and the other has 2 twin beds) with their own bathroom.
On the ground floor are two spacious living rooms, comfortably furnished (with sound system, TV, video), dining room, a W.C. and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a veranda where you can enjoy great views.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, families and couples. Children policy: All children of all ages are welcome. Infant under 2 years of age, Villa provides a babycot.
From the city center and from the main harbor of Kos (northern side of the island) is 2.5 km, from Airport of Kos “Hippocrates” (South Island) is 25 km from the Villa and is 25 minutes by car. Coordinates: (36.866290, 27.285343)

We would like to inform you that the Resident is our personal house and smoking inside is not allowed, smoking is not forbidden in outdoor area
The owner of the Villa will welcome you, deliver the keys upon your arrival and will inform you for the basic functions of the Resident.
