It is completely new and fully equipped, with wi-fi, air conditioning, flat-screen tv, Xbox360, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack and iron with ironing board. Bathroom is equipped with toiletries, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent and in the kitchen, along the refrigerator, stove and stovetop, there are also toaster, electric kettle, microwave and blender. Apartment does not have a private parking, there is a public, street parking in front of it and it costs about 18 euros per day. Apartment is a 5-minute walk away from the beach, supermarket and a bus stop; and a 15-minute ride from the old town. It is very near Uvala Lapad, a pedestrian street with numerous bars and restaurants.
