SUPERHOST | Boutique Tibetan Themed 3 bedroom apartment at Karma Suites
Award Winning, Modern Himalayan themed 3 bedroom apartment (good for 2 to 6 person).
It is a traditional yet contemporary space located in a very tranquil location in Swoyambhu area which is very close to Thamel, Patan and Durbarmarg.
The apartment is huge, covering 2000sq. ft with beautiful views of the hills, Swoyambhu Stupa and Kathmandu city. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 living room, private kitchen with a huge balcony.
Privacy is the new luxury!
The space
The apartment is decorated with both traditional and contemporary Tibetan furniture and Tibetan carpets. Some of the furniture and carpets date back to late 18th century which my grand parents had purchased when they used to barter salt for carpets and furniture in Tibet-Nepal border.
Book it if you want to enjoy an authentic contemporary Himalayan experience with various Tibetan decor items, Artworks and Antique Furniture.
My apartment would be the best option if you want to live a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle and want to be surrounded with greenery and fresh clean air.
There are three bedrooms:-
• ROOM 1 - Tibetan Dragon Room. (Master Suite with En-suite Bath)
• ROOM 2 - Tibetan Lotus Room. (Queen Bed, Shared Bath)
• ROOM 3 - The Harmonious Friends Room. (Two Single Beds, Shared Bath)

I completed my Bachelor's in Business Administration from Stratford University and then moved to Gold Coast, Australia to pursue my Master's of Business Degree at Bond University.
While in Australia, I had the opportunity to work at the World's first and finest fashion hotel Palazzo Versace, a 6 star property and Classic Holidays, Australasia’s largest privately-owned Resort and Club Management Company; where I gained experiences in Hospitality, Marketing & Management. After living in Australia for a few years, I decided to return to my beautiful country and pursue a more challenging route to Entrepreneurship.
One of the ventures that I have started is a Tibetan themed Apartment in Kathmandu, Nepal known as 'Karma Suites'. It is a calm, quiet, traditional yet modern oasis away from the hustle-and-bustle of Thamel, Patan and Durbarmarg. (Which is only 10 mins drive from my place)
The apartment is very spacious, bright, spotless and full of natural light.
I would see my place as the best kept secret in Kathmandu, Nepal as it is directly looking at the Swoyambhunath Stupa 'Monkey Temple', situated in the heart of the hills with lush greenery and furnished with all different Tibetan furniture and rare antiques.
I run this business so that I get to meet the global citizens of the world and to travel to new places because I believe the world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.
