Convenient walking distance to convention center and boardwalk. Walking distance to all fun activities, restaurants, and stores. Convenient street parking. This apt has everything you need. Full bathroom, Cable, WiFi, washer, and dryer. Can sleep 4 adults and children. One bedroom has a queen size bed and other bedroom has a bunk bed which is a full size on the bottom. Access to unit will require one flight of steps up.

Good for budget friendly people

We are a family of 6. It was a tight squeeze but we managed. The owner was great about answering all of my questions right away regarding parking, the dryer not drying the towels left in it etc. Air conditioner worked great but beware the smaller room with the bunk beds has no air so the door has to be left open when it's hot out. Lastly there is a beach cart, chairs etc but no spigot to get the sand off after a day at the beach. We had to do our best and I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming the apartment. Again great for a budget, has everything you need and close enough to the beach and boardwalk.
