This Property must be an AnBB that we always avoid. The description of House Rules at VRBO should shown that renter must Wash Bedding, Towel etc. We are in Charlotte for an Event on Sunday. Checking out at 10:00 AM while getting ready for a Big Event and washing bedding etc is very inconvenient. Other than that, Property is very clean and close to Restaurants and everything.

We don’t ask guests to wash bedding we only ask that you strip the beds and throw sheets in washer. We are glad you enjoyed your visit!
Property was as described. Very clean, well-appointed and a reserved parking spot in back. Conveniently located near a Food Lion grocery and a handful of restaurants and/or bar and grills. An easy 1.1 mile walk to New Bern Lynx/Blue Line light rail station (South End area) that had many popular establishments within a block or two. East/West Boulevard station one stop north of New Bern about the same distance walk from property with many points of interest near there as well. Was a three night stay which was our first time to Charlotte and fun-filled…bike ride on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, NASCAR Hall of Fame, golf cart tour of Uptown, Suffolk Punch and Triple C breweries, SWIRL (ice cream and cookies), 300 East restaurant, Vincente bakery. Recommend all! Dillworth is a very nice neighborhood with so many huge trees throughout many of the streets in the area.
We loved our stay here! Great location in a quiet and charming south end neighborhood with off-street parking and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!
Nice place to stay. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great neighborhood to walk around in morning for some exercise. Very convenient to Southend and Uptown.
We would stay again if in area
This house is located in a very upscale neighborhood that is close to downtown and easy access to restaurants, stores, etc. the house was clean and very nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!
If you want to enjoy all that Charlotte has to offer in a clean, comfortable, stylish setting, this is the place to stay. Perfect for exploring the area and trying lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend this one.
Extremely clean, comfortable duplex in an excellent neighborhood. We were in Charlotte for our daughter’s wedding and this property was very well located, well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future
Convenient location for a weekend exploring the south end of town. Plenty of space for two couples. Could use another coffee cup or two in the kitchen and the beds weren’t the best; but still would stay again. Keyless entry was nice and also has off street parking.
