Perched above the river, the elevated balcony on the river side puts you up amongst the trees and birds and provides great views of the river and to the sea. The lower side grass area accesses a track with direct, exclusive access to the river, where you can enjoy some time in peaceful contemplation sitting atop the rocks or, for the active, launch and recover your canoe. The peace belies the close proximity to the town facilities, a 6 minute walk to the shops, 8 minutes to the pub and only 3 minutes to the renowned Augusta bakery.

Treetops is a comfortable 3 bedroom house, recently renovated, with new fittings and furniture throughout. A well fitted kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space, linked to the large dining and comfortable lounge with wood fire. The main bedroom is spacious, has a queen bed, settee and wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and built in wardrobes. The large bathroom has separate shower and bath. Sheets and bathroom towels are not supplied. The laundry has washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board. Two driveways provide plenty of parking for 2-3 cars and boat trailer. The rear closed in verandah provides safe shelter for pets and has an indoor 5 string clothes line. There are two grass areas, the lower with direct access to river track and a rear, upper level area out from the rear paved area.
