Executive Penthouse Living

We recently transitioned over 100 listings from the Stayz platform to Home Away. We were unable to carry forward our amazing past guest reviews. There is plenty to admire on all sides of this beautifully presented 3 bedroom penthouse, situated in the fashionable hub of Paddington. This well styled apartment is just as striking on the outside with a terrace that captures opposing Sydney landmarks from each angle including the stunning city skyline, calming harbour glimpses and surrounding village landscape. The wraparound terrace and large glass sliding doors provide a great sense of space that is ideal for enjoying a glass of your favorite wine or champagne and hosting a dinner for family and friends that will be sure to delight.

Step inside and be amazed at the space of the open plan layout and functionality of this apartment. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, is incorporated with a formal dining and living area. This leads to through large sliding doors to the terrace which also offer alfresco dining for 6 and amazing views of the city skyline and beyond.
There are three bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and the main has a large ensuite with bath.

And if you choose to step outside this home, you are just moments from the endless array of Paddington cafes, restaurants and shopping possibilities; or if you wish, it won t take long to venture to the famous Bondi Beach, Centennial Park and Sydney CBD.

Location and views

Great property in a great position. Overall it was great. Clean n tidy, kitchen equipment worked (didn’t try the BBQ). Only feedback is that the third bedroom really is only suitable for a child. We had an adult in there and the bed was too short, the air con was weak (at best) meaning the door needed to be left open …. Arghhh Overall, enjoyed our stay PS: Big Thank You for providing three sets of keys!! Made life SO much easier!

Beautiful Paddington

Great rental in a great location. Beautiful views, a little noisy with the airplanes over head but all in all a great stay for our family of 5. We’ll be back!

Beautiful views of Sydney

Excellent spacious apartment, very cosy, good amenities supplied. Excellent location in Paddington right off Oxford Street for shopping and food. Communication with property manager was excellent, efficient and very helpful. Beautiful views as mentioned! Love the book collection. Would recommend to future stayers.

Amazing view and vibe!

This flat was our favorite of our 3 week long trip. Amazing view and great breezes! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Fab little cafe just around the corner. Nice part of Paddington and great access to the bus line. A bit of a walk but not bad. Def would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Good location, property needs attention

Centrally located, nice apartment with a great view. However, the property needs attention: some wooden floorboards are missing and have a temporary covering (different from photos and no notice or apology for the work in progress), some lightbulbs weren’t working and we woke up one day to find the toilets wouldn’t flush—it wasn’t clear if it was a city or apartment issue since water was running in the taps and the property manager first asked to send a plumber, then said it was the city, then wanted to enter again (and was asking us if we’d let them in)—we have young children and had to stay out of the apartment until the night, yet there was no recognition or recompense for that. There are many rentals available in Sydney and we’ve had a better stay and communication with owners/property managers elsewhere.
