A great bonus….Right next door is your “spill over” home for extra friends and family that would like to join you. Lucky Charm is a 2 bedroom duplex, located right next door. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on each side. Enjoy the day together and retreat to your brand newly updated and renovated home right next door, so you will never miss out on any of the family fun and yet still have your much needed "alone and down time"!!

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
