While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. As you come up the front stairs, you are greeted by an inviting outdoor living area perfect for morning coffee, lunch, happy hour and even dinner. The main floor is an open concept living room, dining room and fantastic, fully-stocked and open kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances.

Take the stairs up to a double bedroom and a 2 piece bathroom. Soaring high ceilings give this amazing space true elegance. On the second floor, are 3 large bedrooms: 2 Queen guest bedrooms, each with a 3 piece bath as well as the Master bedroom with a large en-suite bath including separate tub and shower. All new bedding graces each room.
The back patio enjoys the afternoon rays, has an outdoor seating and dining area as well as a gas grill. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool. And don`t forget we are Pet Friendly! A fully fenced yard offers safety and peace of mind for you and your pets.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
