Amazing place!

Amazing property! Even exceeded expectations from the pictures online. Pool was about 100' long and huge spa. Kids loved the two arcade rooms and all loved the golf simulator. Wish we'd stayed a day or two longer just to enjoy this over the top place.

Above expectations!

The house far exceeded our expectations. The size of the rooms, the pool, the game rooms and the cleanliness of the house were all great. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I'm rarely left speechless, but WOW!!!

This property impresses you in so many ways as soon as you walk in the front door. So much room, so much to do, and the pool is unreal! We even found a room we didn't realize was there on the last night... lol From booking until leaving, the management company was responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and had plenty of the things you will need when hosting a large group (multiple dishwashers, ice makers, glassware, dinnerware, etc) There are many large homes like this one in the neighborhood, but I'll be checking on this properties' availability first when I book my next trip.

Great house but some issues

I’ll start out by saying we loved the house and enjoyed our stay. There were various issues we dealt with during our stay. The main issues were the pool template and the golf simulator. The pool temp was at 90 degrees and we couldn’t figure out how to change it, the touchpad said the heat was off. With it being 95 degrees the whole weekend, this was a bit of a pain. The golf simulator wasn’t registering properly either. These were the two biggest amenities of the house and we didn’t get to enjoy them. This was a golf trip with majority of the guys who played college golf, so a bit of a bummer. The igniter on the grill wasn’t working and we reached out hours after arriving. They were very prompt sending someone out to look at it. Although it wasn’t fixed during our stay I appreciate the promptness. We were able to just buy a lighter to light the grill (would’ve been nice to have a lighter at the house already). A few other minor issues include, some movie room chairs didn’t work properly (broken cords), AC inside was set at 75 degrees and we couldn’t lower it, the house wasn’t stocked with toilet paper, paper towels or many trash bags. Some essential things you shouldn’t have to worry about buying when on vacation. There is also only one recycle tote and one trash tote. We filled those up pretty quickly (18 people will do that). The recycle pickup day was Wednesday and we stayed Thursday thru Monday. Besides this we had a great time.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to enjoy the pool or the golf simulator fully, especially with how important those were to your group. I also want to thank you for pointing out the smaller maintenance and supply concerns. While I'm glad our team was able to respond quickly to the grill issue, I agree that a lighter should have already been available, and we’ll make sure to include that going forward. We're also reviewing how we stock essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags—you're absolutely right that guests shouldn’t have to worry about that during their stay. Same goes for the trash and recycling situation; with a large group, that can add up quickly, and we’ll work on a better system to support groups of your size.
