Quality stainless steel cooking appliances, coffee machine, all beneath a high ceiling and clerestory windows providing ample natural light.
Polished black butt timber floors flow through to a spacious meals area with dining for 8, 4 breakfast bar stools, delightful casual family area with ample seating, smart TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. 5 star ducted heating throughout.
In its own wing, a beautifully appointed parents retreat with comfy couches, smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning & a gas fireplace for the colder months.

Perfect place to celebrate grandfather’s bday with the kids and grandkids.

It was a breeze from picking up keys (with welcome gift!), getting into the property (with all the freshly cut flowers and herbs), finding the instructions for pool and all the equipment, board games and book collection, pool towels and toiletries and then just chilling in the pool. Self catering was a joy with all the serving ware your heart could wish for and really not too far from all the food places in Sorrento/Portsea (and even Rye) when you can’t be bothered cooking. Lovely walk through the bush to the cliffs overlooking the back beach. We had the best weekend and wish we could have stayed a little longer so we can squeeze more/longer walks in. Definitely a luxurious weekend away.

Great Property and Location

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, 2.5 YO son and friends also with a 3 YO. This is one of the best equipped houses I’ve stayed in- they had everything we needed to cook with and some nice little extras like fresh herbs. The house is modern and clean with a good layout. The only negative part of our experience was when. We called the property managers to say that the gas was empty and finding the new bottle was incredibly hard. We found them quite rude and quick to say it wasn’t their responsibility. It’s also quite hard getting in and out of the driveway but these are just minor things.

Very relaxing. I would have preferred not to pick up and drop off the keys from/to Sorrento (it adds extra time to the trip). Also not very easy parking for more than 1 car. Overall good place to relax
