Two x 3-seater couches & giant flat screen TV in the Lounge Room, two x 2 seater couches and another giant flat screen TV in adults retreat, plus kids retreat with another large TV and, heated stone floors, gas fireplace and central heating/cooling make this ideal for all-year-round entertaining.
Outdoor dining table beside a solar heated, salt water concrete pool, table tennis table, two paddle boards and a large remote garage add to the relaxed feel of this private getaway. Second separate outside seating and fire pit area.
