Entire villa, yard and plantation is surrounded by privet hedges for privacy. Safe place for children, no traffic. You can walk around the property and enjoy and taste the fresh fruit from the plantation.

Yard has a swimming pool, barbecue, wood oven and a chill out area.

The backyard also have another cosy deck to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just read a book.

The villa is covered with a white bead-board cathedral ceiling.

Let Down! BEWARE!!

15 hours prior to arrival we had a text from the owner notifying of road works by the local authority to the entrance lane (approx. 300m) but quote ‘it 'wouldn't impact our stay' but we would have to park at the top on the road. We were informed upon arrival by our host that the work would complete on Monday (arrival Thursday). Upon leaving the following Thursday the work wasn't even 50% complete. The noise wasn't too bad however the dust & using the lane was difficult. We felt trapped until the workmen finished & then had to navigate your way through dust, rubbish, broken concrete & trenches. The water got turned off without any prior notice causing issues although the owner did respond by helping after a couple of hours or so. The TV didn't work & was only rectified after 3 days. Was such a shame because the villa itself was comfortable & functional however we felt let down mainly by the owners who MUST have known about the roadworks prior to the day. A good lesson to be learnt.

Belle villa, spacieuse, tout confort, avec deux terrasses d'orientations différentes qui donnent le choix en fonction du soleil et du vent, piscine, barbecue, intimité. Hôte très sympathique, communication par WhatsApp très facile. Attention : pas de lave-vaisselle et voiture nécessaire.

Erholung vom Alltag

Diese tolle Lage hatten wir so nicht erwartet, als wir in Ingenio ankamen, mitten in der Stadt, aber nach ca 100 Metern waren wir in der Natur, Vogelgezwitscher, Hahn und Hennen sind zu hören. Plus =Ruhe,Erholung, Natur, Vermieter sehr stylisch eingerichtet Garten Pool Minus =20 Stufen zum Schlafzimmer Internet sehr langsam, nur spanische TV Sender ,kein Geschirrspüler, knacken im Haus was man aber mit Ohrenstösel unterdrücken kann Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt etwas weiter weg von den Touristenhochburgen ,diese sind dank guter Verkehrsverbindungen schnell zu erreichen

Familienurlaub in Ingenio

Wir haben von Mai bis Juni 2022 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und haben diese Zeit alles in allem sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist etwas abseits und bietet so jede Menge Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wärend unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir stets unkompliziert über WhatsApp Fragen stellen und bekamen zügig Antwort. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Willkommensgeschenk in Form eines personalisierten Schildes erhalten. Von der angrenzenden kleinen Plantage mit Bananen, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Zitronen, Avocados etc. durften wir uns frei bedienen. Ein Mietwagen ist aus unserer Sicht unerlässlich wenn man auch die Insel erkunden oder mal ans Meer möchte. Schade fanden wir, dass es für die Größe des Objekts nur ein Schlafzimmer gab und das dieses, da im Keller gelegen, nur über kleine Fenster gelüftet werden konnte. Weiter hat es öfters Geduld gebraucht, bis Warmwasser vorhanden war - hier hatte uns der Vermieter zu Beginn erklärt, dass man, falls kein Warmwasser vorhanden wäre, die Anlage durch einen Schalter kurz Ein bzw. Aus-Schalten solle. Dies hat dann auch immer funktioniert war jedoch manchmal etwas störend. Die Temperaturunterschiede und kräftigen Winde lassen das Hausdach laut knacken. Da es keine Türe zum Schlafzimmer gibt, haben wir dies Nachts als unangenehm empfunden. Ansonsten sind die Sitzplätze und damit Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten sehr schön angelegt und vielfältig. Der Pool wurde auf Wunsch gereinigt. Fazit - wir hatten trotz weniger Minuspunkte eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumurlaub auf Gran Canaria

Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern mit einem personalisiertem Türschild willkommen geheissen, welches wir auch mit nach Hause nehmen duften. Die Finca ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Der Garten mit privatem Pool hat uns nach den Wanderungen als Abkühlung gedient. Wir durften uns am Gemüse und Obst des Gartens bedienen. Die ganze Familie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. wir hatten ein Mietauto welches für Selbstversorger unbedingt notwendig ist. In ca 500m Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle . Können diese Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. LG Reinhold und Astrid

Pretty house that sounds at night

The house is very nice and looks like the pictures. We were very well received! The house is powered by solar cells so you can not shower for too long! Too bad there is no dishwasher as it takes a lot of water to wash by hand. Cozy to be able to pick your own fruit. We had a bit of a hard time falling asleep when it cracked and snapped very much in the house at temperature difference. She wrote a lot before we moved in but then it took a while before her to answere ( one day) and she never answered my last message when I wrote where we put the key to go home .... We would not stay here again

el sitio es supertranquilo con mas opciones de las que ofrece el anuncio como un huerto que tiene desde oregano,tomates aguacates,naranjas lechugas tomates etc...,no suele haber gente por ahi pero cuando vienen son muy muy amables,la casa es muy completa como como lo que se ve en las fotos (siempre se puede mejorar alguna cosa.por poner alguna pega,pondria algunas mosquiteras en sitios especificos),y por la ubicacion sin estar en un sitio digamos centrico tienes cosas que ver cerca como los barrancos de las vacas guayadeque la playa de burrero y no lejos de casi nada aparte de tener cerca supermercados etc...,conclusion le damos un cinco,un saludo.

Supera las expectativas

La villa es increible , con unos anfitriones que cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, siempre atentos para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Las imágenes no le hacen justicia......es aún mejor!!! Posee diferentes espacios para el relax, desde la piscina y salón americano amplio y cómodo, pasando por el rincón chill out ,el porche para comer al aire libre o la barbacoa .....El dormitorio es limpio, acogedor y silencioso.....La casa es de fácil acceso, cerca de todo ... y a la vez se encuentra en un lugar armonioso, sin tráfico,, rodeada de una pequeña huerta donde pudimos pasear y sentir la naturaleza ... En definitiva, se trata de un lugar ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas y seguras. Gracias a Sabel y José por ser los perfectos anfitriones , para nosotros ha superado todas las expectativas .

Vacaciones y relax con seguridad

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el alojamiento de Sabel y José, son encantadores, con buena disposicion y comunicacion en todo momento_ además son muy detallistas. La villa es tal cual que en las fotografías, a las que hay que sumar el encanto de escuchar los pájaros, pasear por el huerto y estar completamente independientes. La casa es muy amplia y diáfana, con un gusto exquisito, tanto en su diseño como en su decoracion, cuenta con todas las comodidades y no le falta detalle. Sus dos terrazas te permiten tener espacios diferenciados para desayunar, almorzar y cenar. Puedes hacer barbacoas, pan en su horno de leña, o simplemente disfrutar de la piscina y tomar el sol, que no faltó ni un día. En estos tiempos de pandemia, además nos sentimos bastante seguras en cuanto a limpieza y desinfección. En conclusión, recomendable al 100%. Paradise on Earth

We are used to traveling a lot with my boyfriend to guest houses. This one is in our top 3 ! Sabel and her husband made us feel at Home. They are very nice people and very thoughtful. Lots of little attentions everywhere in the house. The house is huge and extremely beautiful. I don't know what else to say. This place is close to perfect !

Villa Ingenio

Een week in villa Ingenio is een verwenweek geworden. Zo’n ontzettend warme ontvangst door Sabel en José. Het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets. Ruimte genoeg om heerlijk te relaxen. Weg erheen (laatste stukje) is beetje uitdaging. Zon ruimte en stilte. Zeker een aanrader voor deze luxe moderne villa.
