The owner of the property cancelled the day we arrived on the island. We basically wasted a whole day of our trip trying to get other accommodations. Then VRBO put us up in a FILTHY, RUN DOWN house with THIEVES FOR EMPLOYEES. The representatives acted like they did us a favor when we called and asked to be moved because we were a last minute reservation. Spoke to multiple people, everyone except 1 person had a disgusting attitude. I will never book through them again.

Please note that Katrina did not stay at Trecia's Oasis as I had to cancel due to the Covid 19 pandemic. I do not believe that your disgust with VRBO should be stated on my page instead you should take up your disgust with them directly instead of posting it on my page. Lastly, there is no validity in rating a place where you did not stay at all....what are you rating?
Albeit, it is unfortunate that I did not get to host you as I know you would have enjoyed the home but in light of all that is happening, neccessary precautions took precedence. I hope in the future you will be able to experience my home and community
