This property consists of one spacious large room with 2 double beds, air-conditioning, cable TV, sound system, dining table seating 4 people, wardrobe, with separate kitchen also bathroom, along with free Wi-Fi.

This rental is in the fruited grounds off Villa Patiently Waiting, in the prestigious Mammee Bay Executive Estate with 24 hours security.

Comes fully staffed with a caretaker, housekeeper also a gardener who will be at your assistance whenever you require their services

Beach Passes
Please be advised that beach passes are provided for your convenience during your stay. However, if a beach pass is lost, a fee of $150 USD per pass will be charged. All guests are required to sign an agreement acknowledging this fee upon check-in.

Gate Remote Keys
We ask that you take extra care with the gate remote keys during your stay. If a remote key is lost, a $150 USD fee will be charged. As with the beach passes, all guests will need to sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of this fee.

A Wonderful Stay in a Charming CottageMy daughter and I had a lovely stay in this charming cottage, set in beautifully maintained grounds. The peaceful surroundings, combined with access to a swimming pool, made it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Ocho Rios town is only a 7-minute drive—very convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return the next time we’re in Ocho Rios.

Second time around

We rented this cottage back in January for 5 weeks. We're back for 2.5 weeks and are still loving it. Chris the property manager is great and always comes through, whatever you need. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and has a wonderful restaurant with great food and service.

Private and quiet! Exactly what I was looking for.

Great place short walk to beach. You had to share the beach with the big resort guests spilling over from next door but there was always a lounger or spot available. Restraunt in beach had great food. Just a nice spot for some quiet relaxation.

This was supposed to be my first Vrbo booking but sadly, my family and I were not able to experience it as intended. I saw this lovely vacation stay and decided to book it to spend time with my family for my last day in Jamaica on the North Coast. There was full availability advertised for that week and I had paid and secured the booking the day prior and received full confirmation.Unfortunately the host informed us prior to our arrival that the cottage was somehow already double-booked and that I should reach out to the his site manager to see what other accommodations we could receive in another part of the community for the inconvenience. I decided to contact Vrbo support who reached out to him on my behalf to process a refund because my family and I weren't pleased with being offered something other than what we liked and paid for. I can only assume that the property is multi-listed on the app or another platform for something like that to happen. Unfortunately what ever caused the disorganization prevented us from finishing the journey here. Luckily the host is decently responsive and communicative so I was able to receive my refund timely after Vrbo reached out.

Jonelle had booked one night in our Cottage, which is a single-room unit. I realised shortly thereafter that the Cottage had been double-booked. To resolve this, I promptly offered her an alternative accommodation consisting of two rooms, each with its own private kitchen and bathroom, located on the same grounds as the Cottage. Unfortunately, Jonelle chose to decline this alternative offer. Please note that the alternative property offered is situated on the same grounds as the Cottage and is not located within the community.

I stayed in the small cabin at Patiently Waiting in Drax Hall, and while the property itself is beautiful and had everything I needed pool, hottub, security. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Chris, the property manager.From the moment I arrived, Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was incredibly accommodating, always available to answer questions, and quick to provide anything I needed during my stay. His warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home — it’s rare to find someone who cares so much about making a guest’s experience special.The cabin itself was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing stay, but Chris is the reason I’ll remember this trip so fondly. Amazing, quiet get away!

It is really refreshing to be in a natural environment filled with trees, flowers and the cool ocean breeze. The pool and 2 jacuzzi's are just the icing on the cake! Chris is a great host that frequently checks in and is very responsive to any of your needs!

Family reunion

My brothers stayed in this cottage as the larger of the family stayed in the main house. It was great being close to everyone. It was as advertised. We hung out mostly at the main house with our extended family. Chris was great! He assisted us with transport, cooking and whatever was needed during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Patiently Waiting...the staff certainly have a lot of patience when responding to client's queries. The accommodation and grounds are well-kept and nothing was too much trouble for the site manager...truly dedicated to his role...I extended my stay by a few days...the team made me feel at home ...will be sad to leave. It is located in a gated community with 24-hour security. the main tourist attractions in Jamaica. are only 10 minutes drive from our Cottage

i.e Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Clove

Plus it is only 5 minutes walk away from one of the best beaches on the island. Mammee Bay Beach with the Bamboo Blu restaurant.

This beach is only used by Mammee Bay Estate residents, RIU residents also people who visit Jamaica by the Cruise Ships.

Mammee Bay Beach is listed as one of the best beaches in 2017 on the whole island of Jamaica, it is so stunning it is a must visit, according to free-list

It is a very airy rental also very private, the property also has a fully-equipped outdoor spa right next to the property

This property is different from other properties on the island due to its location there is a sense of beauty that is unexplainable.

There is also a restaurant called Bamboo Blu with a Jerk bar with a gym on this beach.

The sea water is a great medical help also great fun for the children, this is within 5 minutes walking distance away from our Cottage.

We offer these unique benefits, a housekeeper who works 5 days per week, a caretaker who will look after your needs 24 hours per day also access to a laundry service all you would need to do is provide your own washing powder

Having a spa right next to the property, the property has a large, beautiful garden with indigenous fruits and flowers with various chill-out zones

Why spend thousands of pounds or dollars vacating in Jamaica when you can spend only a small amount on accommodation plus have the security of a hotel but the freedom of a local person also the comforts of a tourist what more can you ask for.

This rental is fully loaded with wifi, sound system, with a personal kitchen along with a personal bathroom, air conditioning, cable tv.

We stay contact our guests even after they have made payment and have arrived in Jamaica because we want all our guests to be happy and return.
