This pet friendly, 3 bedroom home is located in a sought after area of Vincentia being only a short walk across the road to the white sands of Collingwood Beach and a short drive to Huskisson.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room and ceiling fans.

Downstairs has 1 bedroom and separate lounge room with ceiling fans providing extra room to spread out and relax with toys, games, books and dvd's to keep everyone entertained.

Off this lounge room there's a second toilet in the downstairs laundry for guests convenience.

Enjoy a bbq and a cold drink in the rear undercover area or a game of backyard cricket in the large fully fenced yard.

For the little ones, there is a port-a-cot, child safety gate and booster chair available so less to pack.

Enjoy your ultimate escape in the heart of Jervis Bay with an array of outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kite surfing or just laying on the white sands of Collingwood Beach all this is just across the road from this amazing home.

Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson where you can find many trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

This property does not provide linen you will have to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

The location is the best thing about the property. Inside is dated but it wouldn’t take much to improve things. Providing no bed linen or towels is a real let down and should have been reiterated as part of the reminder email prior to check in. The place good do with a good clean and airing out. The balcony is great though

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Our Family had a wonderful time away at this pet friendly accommodation. The House was basic, but clean. No Ac, but the multiple ceiling fans and sea breeze keeps you cool. The outside shower was great for keeping the sand at bay. The Modern TV provided easy access to our streaming services. The back yard was large, spacious and secure for our dogs to run around which bought peace of mind. The property manager was lovely. The only issue we had was we had one day with no hot water _ I dare say it's an off-peak hot water system and there is no dryer - something that would have been really handy especially for drying beach towels. Over all it was fine.

This house is spacious, well located and well equiped

We had a lovely weekend, the kids enjoyed the table tennis and the space outside. Tee only concern was for infant with the sliding door to the stairs. It is about to fall apart.
