Disappointing

Excellent location but the unit itself was very disappointing . Had not been cleaned properly and had to be cleaned again. 5 out of the 7 nights we had no air conditioning so my husband had to sleep on the lounge as it was so hot in the bedroom. Half of the lights in the unit did not work . There was only one light working in both bathrooms so we were showering in very dim light. All of the bedrooms need to be brought up to a better standard ( new blinds , curtains ,carpet and bed linen )

Thank you for your review and feedback, we are extremely sorry we could not get the maintenance issues rectified in time for your booking, however as you were aware we were waiting on parts for the air-con and the lighting issue was a quoted job that needed to be approved, however we hope the discount that was given to you did suffice. It was unfortunate that the properties we sent you when we offered to move you were not suitable. Once again, we are sincerely and hoping this does not effect you booking with RBR again. Fabulous location and amazing views

Very comfortable, lots of space and comfort. A few small details overlooked but the agency took my feedback on board and I would be happy to stay her again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk straight onto the beach.
