The apartment is located on the fifth floor of an exclusive building on the absolute beachfront at Tugun.

Enjoy watching the waves roll in from your private balcony and sleep to the sounds of the ocean, with direct beach access and stunning ocean views!

Aqua Solai 9 offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been beautifully furnished throughout, offering a blissful holiday experience.

The master bedroom offers walk in robe, ensuite and ocean views, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to your private balcony, plus the third bedroom with 2 x single beds.

Spacious in size, the apartment features a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The cool tiled dining and lounge area opens up onto the covered balcony where you can enjoy magnificent ocean views from that stretch the coast!

For winter guests you will even be able to whale watch from your balcony!

The exclusive complex is located on the absolute beachfront, close to Tugun Village and offers a swimming pool for guests to enjoy including 2 secure car parks.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta

Linen
Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Several aspects of the property detracted from our stay. Firstly the lighting in the family bathroom is terrible. The hinges on both shower doors do not bring the doors flush with the water seals and if you don’t pull the door inwards when having a shower water spills all over the floor. The shower head in the ensuite cant be adjusted and comes out in solid stream - the softer shower stream nozzles appear to be blocked. There is an unsightly stain mark on the exterior of the ensuite toilet. One of the batteries in one of the remote control units that are provided for the garage door is flat and requires replacement. The patio deck is very dirty including outdoor furniture. The kettle provided is very rusted. It should be replaced or have a safety tag attached. Finally the online photos do not reflect the current overall condition of the unit. On the upside the unit is located in an excellent position and very close to shops and other amenities and transport.

The location is great close to beach and walking/bike path and shops Secure parking and a locked garage to store bikes and beach equipment Not serviced therefore you need to take your own linen/towels
