Welcome to Fisherman's Delight Waterfront, a stunning holiday rental located in the picturesque town of Sussex Inlet. This spacious and inviting four-bedroom, two-bathroom property is perfect for accommodating up to eight guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Wifi is available.
- Pets are Welcome - Outside Only (property not fully fenced)
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No Aircon
- No smoking inside the house
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

Inside
Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first lounge room and dining area provide a comfortable space to relax and enjoy meals together. Just across the hall, you'll find the first bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, offering convenience and privacy. Adjacent to it is the second bedroom, providing ample sleeping arrangements for your group.

As you proceed down the hall, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. The second and third dining areas offer various options for enjoying your culinary creations, and the second lounge room provides an additional space to unwind and socialize. The property features two more bedrooms, the third and fourth, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space to retreat to.

Outside
Fisherman's Delight Waterfront boasts an undercover area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table, allowing you to savour alfresco meals while enjoying the serene waterfront surroundings. Additionally, a jetty is available for those who wish to explore the waterways or engage in water sports.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

TOO COLD FOR COMFORT

Unfortunately on the coldest, wettest winter weekend, the property had no hot water due to an electrical problem, and minimal house heating. We don’t wish to dump on this property online however, as I’m sure it will be fixed promptly.

Family Fishing Weekend

We chose this property as it ticked a lot of our requirements. The idea of being able to fish off our own private jetty was particularly appealing. A few negatives, upon entering the property we immediately noticed despite cleaners having come through that the house wasn't done by professionals. The floors hadn't been vacuumed properly, counters and furniture not wiped over and dusty and a long black hair stuck on the microwave, fridge was not cleaned inside. We spent a good hour disinfecting and wiping down the kitchen area and bathrooms before we were able to use them The furniture, particularly the lounge settings in both sitting rooms are very old and need replacing, the second bedroom was supposed to have a queen size bed but was only a double. There were positives to the property particularly the location and set up, even though the furniture was old and uncomfortable, there was plenty of seating for the 9 of us Outdoor area was well set up and the bbq was clean and ready to use The column heaters were ample to warm the living areas of an evening but still needed slippers or socks for the cold tiles. There were a few pedestal fans for the warmer months. We would definitely return to the property for a longer stay if there were some upgrades done to make it just that little bit more comfortable Checking in and out was easy and the added bonus of a welcome pack with a few essentials was a nice touch

lovely

House and garage was big and roomy. Kitchen stove cooktop and appliances were old. The view was great. Very peaceful. It was great to have our own jetty and little beach. The only draw back was it was not fenced and there were no side gates. So not great if you have a dog or small children.

A wonderful place to have a holiday the location was just perfect! To be able to launch the boat in your back yard and tie to the dock made the whole process so easy. The house is huge and well set out with everything you need to enjoy your time there.
