3BR/2BA single family home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Village of Oak Creek with 1867 sq ft on .29 acres. Closest home to Bell Rock with National forest service in the back yard! Bell Rock and National Forest service trails are accessed directly from the back yard and provide hours of hiking, biking, and fresh mountain air. Enjoy the view in the beautiful backyard with the tranquil sounds of the waterfall and pond, hot tub, and a custom fire pit for enjoying cool evenings and watching the stars. Bright and open three bedroom plus large sun room that overlooks Red Rocks with sweeping, unobstructed views. Wood floors throughout most of the house except for carpet in the bedrooms. The living room has a 65” flat screen smart TV. The large, well-stocked kitchen has new appliances, gas stove, and lots of storage. The inviting dining room has seating for eight and a ceiling fan. Both the dining room and kitchen have beautiful views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. There is a bedrooom with a King, a view of Bell Rock, ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Wifi is provided and all bedrooms have a 32” smart flat screen TVs and a DVD player. There is a collection of books and DVDs for your enjoyment. The sun room has great views, sky lights, ceiling fan, TV, couch, and 2 desks. Not suitable for parties and events.
Ring doorbell at the front door and motion detection and light that records the driveway. Large pine trees provide shade in the back yard all day. There is a gas grill, hammock, patio table for 6, and plenty of additional seating for enjoying the back yard. Backyard is fenced with gate providing access to the National Forest hiking and biking trails along with an abundance of birds, an herb garden, garden area, and plum trees. Parking for 4 in the driveway and sometimes there is one garage spot. Shopping, restaurants, and bike shops with rentals right around the corner. Tennis and golf are 1.5 miles away. Don’t just look at the views, get on the trails for hiking and mountain biking from your back yard!

We had a great time at this house. We were able to walk or ride our bikes to everything we came to Sedona for. Leah was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. It was a very good experience.

I'm only giving it 5 stars, because 6 is not an option

I have been to many VRBOs around the USA and overseas. This VRBO is a diamond in the desert. This oasis made my stay in Sedona way, way more pleasant than even my most wildly optimistic expectations. The ability to hike Bell Rock and adjacent formations first thing in the morning before it gets too hot, then walk back, clean up, and do work or relax for several hours during the hottest part of the day, then have another outing in the evening was divine. Highly recommend using the gas fire pit at least once and lounge in the hammock in the shade during a cooler part of the evening. Host was highly responsive with communications, and did a great job preparing the home for our stay.

Mountain bikers dream

Perfect location just a few miles south of sedona. Quiet and easy access to all sedona activities. Amazing views of bell rock with a large back yard and patio. Just open the backyard gate and you are on fantastic hiking and superb mountain biking trails. Bike shop is a one block walk away. Rented full suspension bikes and had a blast on the trails. Kitchen is really well stocked with extensive cookware and spices, as well as all soaps, garbage bags, paper products etc. Very new clean gas grill, large gas stove, and large refrigerator made cooking very enjoyable. Leah was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. She oriented us to the house and her welcome book had excellent hiking suggestions. Great home. Would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful vacation home!

We were so happy to rent this comfortable home again this year. The location can’t be beat. I love walking out the back yard to the Bell Rock Trailhead. We hiked almost everyday on trails around Sedona and the Village. Coming home to the beautiful views from the kitchen and the sunroom was always a treat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Leah is very responsive, although we didn’t have any serious problems. I recommend this rental for a lovely place to stay in this incredible part of the world.

My Happy Place

Leah is great to work with. We've been staying 2 months each year and it's like our second home without all of the maintenance and headaches. There's so much to see and do in Sedona or just enjoy the view from the backyard.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay here as a work from home location! The wi fi was great, with two of us able to log in to work at the same time with no issues. There are a couple of coffee shops a short walk away as a nice break. The views out the back of the house were incredible. We loved being able to hike the bell rock area right outside the back door. Drive in to Sedona proper was a very short very scenic drive up the canyon. House had everything we needed. Really great value!

A perfect location

What a perfect getaway! Great views from the master bedroom, kitchen and backyard. Hiking trails right from the backyard. The house is set off in a cul-de-sac in a cute and quite neighborhood. Plenty of space in the home to be comfy. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Plenty and dishes and cooking pan to be able to make all meals at home. House is located in oak creek village so a few miles from downtown sedona which made it ideal. Plenty of things close by and just a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend this house!

This was the best sedona trip I’ve had. The house is in a great location, and the scenery in the backyard is nice. A perfect home away from home

My family of three adored staying at this house during our time in Sedona. The location is great, the hiking out back can't be beat, and the views are stunning. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and it's a fantastic cook's kitchen -- truly every pan, appliance, and utensil you could need for cooking at the house during your stay. It's a fantastic house at a good rate, and we hope to return!

Relaxing getaway with easy trailhead access

The quiet location with easy access to the Bell Rock trailhead provided a variety of hiking trails during our stay. We hiked daily during the first half of our stay. We experienced the shelter in place for the second half of our stay due to the Covid19 pandemic. The spaciousness of the home, it’s amenities, and the great view from the backyard made our shelter in place experience not difficult. Leah’s communications with us were excellent. The home had everything we needed and was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Our original local exploration plans changed dramatically due to the pandemic, however the coziness of the home and it’s offerings made our stay most comfortable and stress free. We hope to return again for another stay.

Home Away from Home

You can't beat the value, the view or the owner of this perfect home in Sedona. We've been renting through VRBO since 2011 all over the US including Maui and this is our favorite house in our favorite town. We've been renting the house for at least a month in spring and fall for the last 3-4 yrs. Leah is always responsive to any questions and always concerned about our comfort.

Fabulous Sedona Views

I have nothing but positives to describe this property!!!!! It was as described and more. It was the perfect vacation spot for a family with children. Lots of room to spread out, a big back yard, and hiking right outside. There were so many cooking utensils and spices, its too bad we didn't take advantage of them. The house was meticulously clean! Comfortable beds! I've given it a 5 for everything except photos for the outside of the front of the house. When we 1st arrived, it wasn't much to look at, but once inside, it was a dream. Would highly recommend this rental to a family with children. And, would definitely stay there again!!!!!

I am sorry you couldn’t find the gate. There is a gate as pictured. Right in the middle of the backyard. With steps for it. All you had to do was call or text and I could have helped you with that.
