Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. Amazing house not even a 5 minute walk from some of the best trails in sedona. House was very comfortable and provided great views of the red rocks. The house was also incredibly kind, flexible, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Overall could not have asked for a better place to spend our mini-honey moon!

Excellent location and Home

We felt immediately at home here traveling with two kids and grandpa. Nearly anything you could think of was well stocked, from coffee to cold or frozen waters for hiking. When we make it out to Sedona again, we hope this house is available.

Perfect home for our Sedona vacation

Great home - immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished located in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and easy access to trails. We saw a squadron of javelinas one night and the aurora borealis two nights later. If I return to Sedona, I hope to stay here again!

5-Star Stay!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here. Great location, easy access to hiking trails, and very quiet neighbors. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the heated floors and the hot tub. Hope to visit again next year.

Beautiful Home-fully stocked

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals and found this home to be beautiful and stocked with everything needed. We were able to use the chairs & coolers that they supplied. Also, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood with hiking trails that we walked to from the house. The backyard is very private and we sat outside and listened to the birds! We even saw a cardinal.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay here. It was located on a cul de sac just steps away from Sugarloaf trail. It was central to all our activities and the owner addressed our one concern immediately. This home was well stocked with all you needed. Great place to stay and explore Sedona!

Awesome Sedona Stay

Absolutely wonderful home in the heart of Sedona. Walk to trails, close to restaurants, and the house is fantastic. Even has heated floors!!! Chris was an excellent host and very easy to work with. I now have a place to stay when in Sedona!

This house is clean, well organized and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was minutes from Uptown Sedona and close to our hiking and outdoor experiences. Chris responded promptly to my emails and was very helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Sedona.

Amazing property

The house was beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. There was everything u needed for every occasion. The hot tub was very well maintained and felt so great after our hikes. We were so impressed with the keurig selection too. We felt spoiled. Would stay there again for sure!

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our first visit to Sedona. The house was very welcoming and well equipped. We enjoyed the outside space each night with the grill, cornhole boards, and fire table. Minutes away from shopping, playing and eating. One of our favorite VRBO's yet.

Excellent Sedona Stay!

We are a family of 6, and this house was the perfect location for our Sedona Getaway! The house is clean, upgraded and was not lacking any details! From the washer and dryer, to the game system and smart TV's, to the coffee set up in the kitchen, nothing was lacking! There are even hiking backpacks and water shoes to use! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Location, location, location!!

We loved our stay! The listing is very accurate. Home is clean and well stocked. The owners have gone above and beyond for convenience. I can’t imagine a better location - just minutes to downtown, amazing restaurants and shopping. Quick response to any questions and really quiet neighborhood. The home was perfect size for me, my husband and adult daughter. My daughter lives in Phoenix and visits Sedona often… she agreed this is the place to come back to.

Wonderful family vacation in Sedona.

My family had a great time in Sedona. The home was amazing. It was tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could think of. I really enjoyed the coffee bar and the streaming TV options. The home is located near some of the best hiking trails that I have ever experienced. I got every morning and went on a hike. The home is also near everything. Groceries, restaurants, and downtown life. Our family enjoyed the nearby towns and of course, the Grand Canyon.

Thunder Mountain, Keyhole Cave, Coffee Pot Rock, Chimney Rock, and many other landmark red rock formations can be accessed directly from this trailhead without the stress of finding parking.
