This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
What an outstanding view from this corner unit on the 15th floor!! Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo with new living room and dining room furniture. All the comforts of home and picture perfect sunsets while you dine on the balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms have new tile floors. The master bedroom has a new queen set and the guest bedroom a new queen set as well. The living room has a sleeper sofa for children; Not for Adults Next door at the Apollo is a Restaurant. A short 10 minute walk north out of the parking lot are more restaurants, movie theater with dining, and mini golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
