Master bedroom features a king size bed and balcony access, enjoy the beachfront views while relaxing in bed!
Guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and a set of twin beds.
There is a laundry room in the unit with a brand new full size washer and dryer.
Apollo has a restaurant on the first floor that serves both lunch and dinner, and has a full bar! Great Location on South Marco Island!
Registration fee due upon arrival at the Apollo onsite managers office, 2 car maximum per unit
*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out your trash, leave the last days laundry in the laundry room and set ac to 75
Return the 2 sets of keys to the lockbox where you picked them up at 950 N Collier Blvd the code is 5790. If you are leaving earlier than 10am please let us know
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
