Deluxe studio in the historical site, WiFi, seaview terrace

Modern studio apartment for 3 people, completely new but located in an ancient 19th century building where the nuns lived. Has a view of the city. Nice communal terrace overlooking the sea, archaeological excavations and Franciscan monastery. Laundry. Informative wall.
The apartment is located on the second floor, with two apartments and two rooms. Possibility of three single beds or one double bed and one sofa bed.
Free air conditioning and WiFi.
Our building is in the pedestrian zone, just next to the Franciscan monastery, 50 m from the main shopping street and 100 m from the main square of the Forum. All shops, restaurants, bars and points of visit are in the immediate vicinity.
Parking lots are located 100 m from the house (with payment). Public transport is 300 meters away (Giardini).
