THE BEACH SHACK

Looking for a great getaway situated on the beachfront and close to the Lodge of Dundee.

Whether it be for a quiet family getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, or a week long fishing trip with your mates,

Spectacular views overlooking Fogg Bay, sit back, relax and watch the beautiful top end sunsets whilst enjoying a sun downer on the front veranda.

This 2 bedroom property sleeps 7 comfortably and is fully maintained with:
Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. There is a set of bunks in the living area to sleep an extra two.
Modern kitchen with gas stove, 2 x fridge freezers, chest freezer, microwave, electrical appliances and all the cooking and eating utensils you require to cook up a storm.
The living room has a lounge, TV, table & chairs
The bathroom and toilet are situated inside.
The house is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans.
A BBQ is situated on the front veranda as well as an outdoor table with stools

Cost is for up to 4 guests with the option of 7, at an extra cost

We allow pets if arranged when booking, but must be kept outside.
Linen is provided

Terms and Conditions:
The house rents for $265per night for up to four guests. $25/person per night will be charged for extra guests up to seven.
There is a $400 refundable damage deposit on the property
which is refunded within 7 days after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear, this will be due with your final payment.

Bookings: 2-night bookings are required on weekends or weekdays and 3-4-night booking for long weekends.
Deposit: A deposit of $265 will be due within 7 days when booking to confirm your booking. Final Payment- Final payment (less deposit) is to be made two weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least one week prior to the date booked.
Check in time: After 2pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out time: By 10.00am on the day of your departure.
Pets: Pets are welcome, but conditions apply, please ask when booking.
Smoking: No smoking in the house please.

Was a lovely spot dogs had a nice yard to run around in. Only reduced one star as was expecting more of a sandy beach out the front not rock. Easy check in and communication. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in all ways; within walking distance to the lodge via picturesque beach cliff pathway. Fully equiped for both seasons and all activities. Very relaxing

We loved the location, right on the water and very secluded. The accomodating was really practical and accommodating for a family on holidays. The kitchen had everything you might need. The air conditioning throughout the house was fantastic! Its spacious and comfortable. We felt totally at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived! The price was great value for money.

Relaxing beach getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay here. It has everything you need you can walk straight out the back to the water and fish or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Jenny was very helpful and even arranged to drop off some medication we left in the fridge.

We enjoyed the layout of the Beach Shack - it suited our family arrangements very well. The air conditioning and fans made it very comfortable inside We were surprised by the amount of dust and were very careful where we drove and parked the cars The hot water system is very small for the number of beds and showers were limited [cold if you were last in line] It would have been nice if we could have done some washing - especially with the children Overall it was very nice - thank you
