Filthy with cockroaches

Do NOT rent this property!!! When I entered the unit, there were unmade, soiled beds and piles of dirty towels. There were also coackroaches in the kitchen. I tried to text, call and message the owner multiple times, with absolutely NO response. This was a very, very disappointing experience.

Very nice place

Really only two negatives — one easily correctable, one not so easily. The easy one is providing clearer instructions on where exactly the unit is located in the rather large complex, and well as the assigned parking space in the covered parking lot, The harder one is the absence of any real doors on any of the three bathrooms. The downstairs toilet has only a curtain. The master bath which is within the master bedroom — has a pocket door that is blocked from closing. The other full bath — in the upstairs hallway — has a pocket door that works. But none of the scenarios offer much privacy to those persons who want it. Otherwise, this place was very nice, thank you Susan!

Still Dreaming of Solana Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Nicely remodeled, nice complex, and owner is easy to work with. Well appointed kitchen and baths. Thanks for all the coffee and leaving up the Christmas tree was a nice touch! Can't wait to come again one day! :-)
