The Beautiful RoseMary Barndominium

NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED at this VRBO. Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone. Wedding parties and their friends or families that we are hosting weddings for at The RoseMary (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates!
Please include the name of the wedding when requesting to book when coming in for a wedding please. If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary wedding, please give us the details on the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 12 guests allowed! We are very strict on our max occupancy of 12. Please do not book if you have more than 12. We are not suitable for before or after parties and its strictly prohibited. This two story bardominium is so beautiful with a fun modern feel. It has a white shiplap kitchen with open shelving, gold fixtures throughout and all of the cool modern farmhouse feels. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has (1) queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It’s little over 2000 bardominium and sleeps up to 12. It’s located on the second and third floor of our three story barn No event gatherings or parties are allowed. We have onsite live-in staff next door to the Barndominium located on 6 acres. Only 12 guests allowed at all times during your stay. Exterior Security Camera located on the deck. You will be asked to leave if occupancy is exceeded! Property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. However, a bug may get in due to our weather conditions here, so beware you may encounter a bug during your stay. We also have the standard checklist when checking out that most all other short term rentals have.

Very nice and clean the master bedroom is big and wonderful and comfortable and so is the master closet and bathroom. The kitchen could use a few more amenities like a toaster and Ziploc bags to take home leftover items. Also could use a blow dryer in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything else was excellent and easy And very nice.

Beautiful wedding stay

We loved staying at this barndominium for our daughters wedding, which was on property! It made everything very convenient and took the stress out of having to travel back and forth. Beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot for our son's wedding

Our stay at the Barbdoninium was all that we hoped for. Spacious, clean, and inviting. The host family was gracious and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, especially if you are holding an event at The Rosemary Barn.

Family visit

We were in town for an extended family visit and the RoseMary Barndo was perfect for our family of 9. Very clean and exactly as advertised! An abundance of fluffy white towels, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and comfortable beds and pillows. Slept great!

Relaxing Stay

Stayed here with 5 coworkers after we enjoyed a day of pampering and great food in downtown McKinney. Such a great location, cute barndominium, beautiful grounds, and comfy beds/linens. Definitely would rent again. We played games and got to know one another better. We all had a great time!

Perfect for our wedding weekend

We rented units A and B for our wedding party to stay on property at The Rosemary Barn. It was a convenient, clean and welcoming space. There was a clean kitchen with all the supplies needed for cooking. It was such a huge relief to have a place to stay and not have to worry about the wedding party traveling to the venue! Highly recommend!

Great idea

The concept was great to stay there with the wedding venue being right next-door however, dates and times of entry seemed restricted. Not as clean as I would have liked.

We did allow a 2 pm check in time for you and always allow this if our cleaners are done. We did a full inspection prior to your arrival for cleanliness and it was fully cleaned. I wish you had notified us upon arrival with your concern and I would have sent my cleaners back to correct what ever it is you are referring to. Family Wedding Weekend

Our group had a wedding in Celeste TX (not at the Rosemary Barn) and wanted a property that was close-ish to our event and it was a perfect location for that. It was much closer than the hotel suggested by the wedding party. The barndominium was great for us - we could hang out in a common space and not just have hotel rooms to sit in. It was perfect for what we needed! Perfect kitchen for us to have snacks and cocktails while hanging out there.

Perfect house for the wedding

We stayed at the barndominion for my niece’s wedding. It was great and had lots of space for us and our adult children. The coffee maker is a Keurig and they provided some k-cups of coffee. I believe the pictures showed a Mr Coffee so we brought ground coffee so it was nice that coffee was provided. They allowed parking next to the fence during our stay which was nice and convenient. There was some clean-up noise late in the evening after the wedding was over but not enough to bother us. I would stay here again and highly recommend the venue for a wedding too!

Wedding Weekend Lodging

This place came in so clutch for my sister's wedding weekend at the Rosemary Barn! Highly recommend! We have small children who were participating in the ceremony so having them so close by with our sitter who could grab them and keep them on a schedule during the chaos of the day was amazingly convenient. We could also support my sister, the bride because we could easily store items for the wedding, leftover food etc. We felt so relaxed and at ease staying on the premises. The accommodations were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. My only point of feedback is parking by the actual lodge is limited because you're not supposed to park under the portico and the stairs leading to the doors were difficult to manage with small children and all of their jazz - but truly not avoidable and wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Thank you!!

The BEST decision!

Our daughter, the bride, and all of her bridesmaids stayed in this adorable condo after the rehearsal dinner. It was so fun for them, and so convenient! They just had to get up, and walk over to the bridal room for hair and make-up in the morning! They all loved it!!

Comfortable and convenient

Beds are comfortable, super soft sheets No Wi-Fi is annoying - as is having to strip beds and collect garbage when I’m paying a cleaning fee. It’s very convenient to stay in after weddings when you are late cleaning up afterward. Very nice accommodations.

Perfect Getaway

Our son’s wedding

This beautiful barndominium was so convenient to our son’s wedding. We were able to walk across the lawn to put the children to bed when they tuckered out. There is plenty of space but an upstairs bathroom would be nice. The entry is two flights of stairs up so I wouldn’t recommend if you have trouble climbing. Other than that, we loved our stay at The Rosemary Barn!
