NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED at this VRBO. Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone. Wedding parties and their friends or families that we are hosting weddings for at The RoseMary Barn (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates!
Please include the name of the wedding when requesting to book when coming in for a wedding please. If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary Barn wedding, please give us the details on the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 12 guests allowed! We are very strict on our max occupancy of 12. Please do not book if you have more than 12. We are not suitable for before or after parties. This two story bardominium is so beautiful with a fun modern feel. It has a white shiplap kitchen with open shelving, gold fixtures throughout and all of the cool modern farmhouse feels. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has (1) queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It’s little over 2000 bardominium and sleeps up to 12. It’s located on the second and third floor of our three story barn No event gatherings or parties are allowed. We have onsite live-in staff next door to the Barndominium located on 6 acres. Only 12 guests allowed at all times during your stay. Exterior Security Camera located on the deck. You will be asked to leave if occupancy is exceeded! Property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. However, a bug may get in due to our weather conditions here, so beware you may encounter a bug during your stay.

Perfect spot for our son's wedding

Our stay at the Barbdoninium was all that we hoped for. Spacious, clean, and inviting. The host family was gracious and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, especially if you are holding an event at The Rosemary Barn.

Beautiful wedding stay

We loved staying at this barndominium for our daughters wedding, which was on property! It made everything very convenient and took the stress out of having to travel back and forth. Beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. I would highly recommend this property!
