The Exclusive Penthouse at the popular Ledges Condominium Complex in Osage Beach is now available from Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations for your Ultimate Lake Getaway!

While this special property has been around for many years, it has never been quite like it is now! The owners, who visit the Lake from Iowa completed their extensive renovation in May of 2019. The renovation plans started with YOUR INTERESTS in mind as we set out to create the Ultimate Vacation Condominium!

There was a team effort involved which brought together Lake-area Craftsmen, Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations, and the RADA Interior Design Firm. RADA specializes in turning "places to stay" into "places to experience".

The condo features one-of-a-kind accommodations such as 6 King Bedrooms including multiple Master Suites, Bathrooms with spacious and even dual walk-in Tiled Showers, the Star-Gazers Loft, and the Game Room that overlooks the Lake through a wall of windows! The incredible sunsets cap-off each night at the Penthouse, but there's still a lot to enjoy!

In addition to your sleeping comfort, we also thought about your entertainment needs. The penthouse offers 7 HD Cable TV’s. 5 of these are internet connected Smart Tv’s with Roku, Netflix, and other apps for your use. In addition, there are 2 Blu-Ray DVD players which can be moved among the rooms as you desire - The Tv’s are all pre-wired with extra HDMI cables for your gaming systems or other devices.

You can rest-assured that Dedicated High Speed Internet service including 2.4 and 5G wi-fi is provided for your use.

The Loft Game Room was also purpose-designed. We have board games from Candy Land to UNO and Yahtzee to Ya Blew it! The Chess and Checkers Table is another option with decks of cards as well. Of course, we have Monopoly as well - If you can take your attention off of the View of the Lake that long!

LARGE GROUPS: We have 19 condominiums in the complex including 9 units in this SAME BUILDING on the Ledges Point! We can accommodate your families and friends.

BOATERS: We have a variety of 30-44 foot boat slips close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailers. By water, you ll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!

LADIES WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

GOLFERS: You have surely heard of the many awesome courses the Lake area boasts!!! All of them are a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!!!

Awesome Vacation with Family

This is the second time we stayed at the Penthouse! It is a great place for a large family. We cooked a lot of our meals together, played cards, games, and enjoyed our time together. The views from the deck are amazing. We had a boat and the owner was great in getting us a boat slip to fit our boat. Owner is great in responding to questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacation.

This is an amazing property to rent. We had 3 familes staying there and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. We spent alot of time on the deck looking out over the lake. Would definitely rent this one again.

Birthday Getaway

Every year we take a group of family & friends for a long birthday getaway, this property was perfect. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and I was so impressed with the hot water heater. There have been many instances where we have stayed at other condominiums and the hot water couldn’t keep up, every single shower was in use at one point and we never experienced any cold water. I had a question regarding the grill and Jason instantly called me and talked me through it! 5 stat experience! This condo was perfect for our large group! We definitely will be back!

As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

Why they chose this property

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
