Sit back and listen to the bird life, run around the rather large garden, do some yoga surrounded by nature and have a swim in our salt water pool. An area renowned for its natural beauty and close proximity to the beach. 10 minutes to Currumbin Beach, Wildlife Park, Nature walks and Rock Pools. 15 min to Burleigh Heads, 45 min to Byron Bay, 35 min to the Theme parks.
The space...
Perfect for families and large group of friends. 8+ guests may be able to be accommodated upon request.
Our spacious home is well loved and lived in with many a game of hide and seek and “chase” played around the house with our two children. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but all in working order. We have a music system (Sonos) you can connect to wirelessly, a few blends of essential oils to diffuse and board games for use.
There is an outdoor BBQ to use. The pool is a wonderful temperature during Summer, and fresh during the colder months.
As long as you don’t expect 5-star accommodation, you’ll love it.
Guest access...
The whole upstairs house is yours, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, pool and back garden. Down stairs is a separate 1 bedroom flat with a separate driveway and private entrance. We don t have Foxtel but the internet is great for services like Netflix. Telstra phone network isn`t great in this area.
Located in a cul-de-sac with neighbours beyond shouting distance. There is plenty of room for off-street parking and the garage is accessible if you wish to store your bikes/ surfboards/etc.
A couple yoga mats, a 7ft soft learner surfboard, 2 kids body boards plus some general beach gear is available for use.
Interaction with guests...
My Husband and I will be your hosts. We will leave plenty of information about the Gold Coast in the house for you, and we are more than happy to be contacted to help plan your trip and give you some local tips.
We invite you to enjoy our space as much as we do. And in doing so, please respect that it is our family home, which we will come back to once you have left.
Other things to note...
The Gold Coast has so many wonderful Farmer’s markets and incredible local produce. We are lucky enough to be close to a variety of these markets and café’s, delivering delicious food sourced from our local farms. If you love coffee, chai or fresh juice, I’ll happily send you a list of café’s you should visit.
The property is not fully fenced so we are lucky to see wallabies roaming our lawn from time to time. Koalas also come past every now and then, so keep a look out.
Should our home only show as partially available for your chosen dates, we may possibly be able to accommodate you if you get in touch.
