New apartment of good standard with 1 (one) bedroom box bed, ceiling fan and floor fan, built-in closet and mirror, bright and spacious living room, with a sofa bed, and kitchen with granite counters, laundry, bathroom with box .
Large barbecue area, with external shower when arriving from the beach, patio to store the car, with electronic gate. The entire internal and external area of the apartment is exclusive for the guest. Balcony in the bedroom and in the living room.

A work with good finish, and suitable for people who like to live well and have good taste.
