About this property

Small cottage in the village, off the main road, with W-Lan

The house is very quiet away from the road on a path about a hundred meters.
There is a living room with television and a mini-library and two bedrooms - in one with a double bed, the other two single beds. These bathroom and kitchen.
A terrace is on top of the roof, a front of the house.
The small garden in front of it is managed by the landlady who like something gives their guests of their crop.
In the garden there is also a barbecue - charcoal and lighter you can buy in the valley.
The washing machine is in a small room behind the house.
As of May 2016 is a wireless connection

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Kommunikation sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist schon älter, aber total in Ordnung. Lediglich das WLAN ist regelmäßig ausgefallen. Zum Arbeiten nicht nutzbar.

Bislang war uns nicht bekannt, dass so etwas vorkommt - es sei denn, es gab Stromausfall im Valle Gran Rey. Bitte wenden Sie sich bzw. andere Gäste gleich an uns, wenn es Probleme mit dem Internet gibt - wir beauftragen dann sofort einen Techniker! Und selbstverständlich lassen wir die Anlage jetzt noch einmal prüfen.

Fabelhaft

Wir haben acht sehr schöne Wochen in der Casa Lucia verbracht. Es ist angenehm ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand, aber man ist auch zu Fuß schnell beim Einkaufen und kann gleich vom Haus zu den Wanderwegen kommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Haus mit buntem Garten in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle sind in der Nähe. Im Haus findet mal alles, was man im Urlaub benötigen könnte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich hier, fern vom Touristentrubel sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Häuschen sehr genossen, da es ruhig und abseits des touristischen Zentrums Im Valle liegt. Dennoch ist dies und auch das Meer sehr gut und in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gräumig und der Preis passt auch super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Radiator wäre für die feuchten kalten Tage schön gewesen und das Besteck sollte dringend erneuert werden! Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden ! Alle Menschen waren freundlich und das Gärtchen samt Grill hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren auf La Gomera, um dort in einer Sprachschule Spanisch zu lernen. Señora Lucia unterstützte uns tatkräftig dabei indem sie ausschließlich Spanisch mit uns sprach und uns für unsere Fortschritte lobte. Sie war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder

Preis/Leistung stimmen gut überein. Orangenbaum im Garten ist wunderbar. Vom Haus kann man in alle Richtungen gut wandern. Allerdings kann es am Abend und in der Nacht sehr kalt werden - da das Häuschen ohne Heizung ausgestattet ist, braucht man warme Kleidung.

Irgendwie sehr charmant.

Casa Lucia war super gemütlich. Es ist sehr einfach und spartanisch aber dennoch ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden und irgendwie war es auch charmant weil ein wenig altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war alles super sauber und man hat sich irgendwie wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich würde es bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Also war nicht das letzte Mal dort. Lage ist großartig im oberen Tal umgeben von Felswänden und Palmen. Wohnen wie die Locals. Besten Dank liebe Lucia.

Great house and stay at Casa Lucia

We had a really great time at Casa Lucia. Practical small house with everything you need. It is situated in the beautiful mountains. The beaches is about 10 minutes by car from the house. The landlady is really nice and helpful and the fresh oranges from the garden was fantastic. We would definitely come back.

Schöne Unterkunft und guter Wanderausgangspunkt

Alles was wir brauchten war dort und es gab sogar einen Orangenbaum im Garten, von dem wir uns so viel Orangensaft pressen durften wie wir wollten. Lucia hat uns prima betreut, obwohl sie nur Spanisch und wir keines sprechen haben wir uns irgendwie verständigt. Ein paar Wandertouren kann man direkt von dort machen, Nationalpark etc. per Bus, allerdings gibt es da nur um 8 und 13 Uhr einen und wenn der um 8 Uhr schon voll ist hat man Pech gehabt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig, ans Wasser so 40min zu Fuß.

gerne wieder

alles vorhanden, schön, sauber, gemütlich, ruhig. meistens ist ein Parkplatz in der Nähe vorhanden, 200 m weiter sind immer freie Parklätze. Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Im Winter dauert es allerdings, bis mittags bis die Sonne über den Berg kommt. Dafür wird es im Sommer länger schattig sein. Lucia ist auch sehr fürsorglich. Muchas gracias! Ohne ihre Hilfe hätten wir allerdings das Haus nicht gefunden.

Tolles kleines Haus abseits des Tourismus

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Casa Lucia, und haben unseren Urlaub wieder sehr genossen. Wer eine ruhiges Haus abseits des Tourismus-Trubels im Valle Gran Rey sucht, ist dort genau richtig.
