***AIMS GAMES***please send enquiry as we can fit more people with mattress. Large 2 storey coastal home, 6 bedroom, 3 lounges, 3 bathroom property that more than one family can enjoy in the heart of Palm Springs PAPAMOA.
There is an area for everyone in the family to enjoy from private lounge for kids to chill and watch a big 75inch movie to adults chill lounge.

Beautiful solar heated In ground resort style pool that light up at night.


Ceiling fans for those hot summer nights.
Alternatively you can leave the upstairs ranchslider open and listen to the waves as you lie in bed.


Very close to beach, only minutes away.
Great outdoor entertainment area with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Room to park the boat.

Pap house bar and eatery on corner of our road so you can stroll home in 2 mins after having a beer or wine.

Pap Mo’s, Henry and Ted, Caffeine Bar, Sushi, Turkish, Rise bakery for a good old fashion homemade donut only mins away.

Brand new New World, a couple of mins drive away or a local 4 square.

Outdoor shower to shower after beach/surf.
plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

If there is anything we can provide to make your stay a home away from home, please ask.

Garage and walk in wardrobe will not be available and locked.

Felt on holiday the minute we entered this gorgeous home. Beautifully presented, very clean with such a lovely indoor outdoor area with pool. Great location. Hosts were amazing. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Summer holiday

We had a lovely stay at Natalie and Anthony home. It is very spacious and well appointed with al you need. There new pool was a fantastic bonus. Had s great meal at Papa Mo's restaurant which was recommended. All in all a fantastic relaxing break away!

Perfect in Papamoa Beach

The house was beautifully presented, spotless, spacious and in a quiet family-friendly location. It was an easy walk to Papamoa Beach and a 15/20 minute drive to Mount Manganui. We enjoyed evening walks along the river in the local reserve. There were a couple of great playgrounds nearby, and lots of options for groceries, takeaways, and even a local movie theatre. Natalie was great to communicate with....very friendly and responsive. We are a family of five with kids ranging from 20 to 9 years and the property suited all ages. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Nice and relaxing

The property is a nice size with modern appliances. The property manager was great on her comunication and we enjoyed dealing with her.
