Hello All and Welcome Home! This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool and hot tub are perfect for any get away that you have planned. With its open concept and split floor plan this 2500 sq ft beauty has everything you need for together and private time.

The central location and quick access to freeways makes it convenient to enjoy everything that the Phoenix area has to offer. Multiple golf courses are located within minutes of the property as well.

The split floor plan offers privacy as well as a community feel. There are 2 family rooms. One of them has a pool table and couches, while the other one opens up to the the large kitchen. Three of the four bedrooms have a TV. WIFI is included in your stay.

The large windows, tall ceilings and open floor plan really make this home. It gives perfect views of the pool area and has so many options. There are multiple places to spend time together, but also allows for quite time. Having a corner lot is also very key in your privacy.

The pool area is gated to ensure the safety of your little ones. The pool is NOT heated but, there is a hot tub that is available for use from Sept. thru May for your winter enjoyment. Ceiling fans help cool the outdoor space during the summer months while enjoying the patio and BBQ area.

Everything you need

This was a great home away from home stay. Surprisingly, the house was equipped with lots of things. The cooler definitely came in handy. The kids enjoyed the pool table and leftover games and legos. It was so great to have 4 separate bedrooms! The amendities are excellent with this stay. I can imagine the pool is excellent in the warmer months. We did do a polar plunge or two. ;) The hot tub did get icky on our second day. It would have been nice to not have missed a whole day of enjoyment in it, but Michelle was very helpful and communicated quickly to resolve the issue. It was definitely clean and warm for our last couple days. We also liked the bonus of having a garage door opener with ability to park in the garage. There were ample bath and pool towels. The mattresses may be needed for an upgrade soon, but it could also be that we prefer stiffer sleeping arrangements. We took full advantage of having a washer and dryer. It was greatly appreciated! Overall, it was just what we needed it to be for our temporary home.

Wonderful weekend

We were in town for our daughters wedding at Superstition Manor. We arrived early and we’re able to drop bags and get to where we needed to be. The out is very spacious and is well kept. Weather was wonderful so sitting poolside was perfect. Would defiantly stay again. Thank you the house added to our perfect weekend.

Nice property!

Very nice property. Clean and spacious. Pool was a nice benefit to have. Neighborhood was nice and near many things, including freeway access. Owners were easy to contact.
