Villa Samuel features beautiful airy décor with a Florida style in mind, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two queen size bedrooms, one main king bedroom and one bedroom featuring a bunk bed.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or just relaxing on the sun lounges.
Guests do have a standard Gas BBQ available to them during their stay.
