Experience Yattalunga like a local in this wonderful 2-bedroom cottage. Yattalunga is a small suburb forming part of the 3 villages of Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga. It is situated on Brisbane Water which surrounds Gosford and the 3 villages. Davistown is home to the antique Putt Putt boats and Putt Putt Regatta held annually.

Nestled in a serene setting, this cozy retreat features 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, a washing machine, and more. Relax in the bathtub after a day of exploring. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

My cottage is conveniently located 10-15 minutes drive from the Gosford/Kariong M1 turnoff. It is also close to beaches, cafes & Erina Fair shopping centre.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used towels and face clothes can be placed in the bath before checking out please.
Leave the gate open when you leave with the remote left on the kitchen sideboard please.
Please make sure all air conditioners / fans etc are turned off and the windows closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you use the BBQ please clean it after use or else a $50 cleaning fee may be charged. More information can be found in the House Manual.
If you have brought your furry friend with you I ask that it is kept off the furniture and beds please and not left in the house when you are out.
As my cottage is my home I have some private possessions in the house. Top shelves in the bedrooms and kitchen are out of bounds for guests.

This delightful cottage exudes quiet calm with delightful gardens in which to relax and very tasteful furnishings and decorations with well fitted out kitchen. Despite being on a busy road it is surprisingly quiet inside. It is ideally placed to visit the beauty of the Central Coast.

Josette was an amazing host. The house and garden was immaculate also very shady and great for my dog to investigate. Good location for proximity to Coles, takeaway and beaches. I would stay again. Thanks Josette for welcoming flowers, treats and bubbles. It was very much appreciated after a long drive.

Kylie and her sister and 2 fur babies stayed at Yatta Cottage BnB for 6 nights. They were dream guests who were respectful, had great communication, very clean, neat and tidy and went above and beyond to look after my garden with watering etc in heatwave conditions (40 plus degrees). I would have no hesitation in recommending Kylie to any future hosts and she would be welcome back for another stay anytime she likes. 😎🏡

This was a clean and well appointed property with lots of surprise touches e.g. wine, chocolates and doggy treats. Josette was a great host and made every effort to make my stay perfect. Gardens were beuatiful and my dog loved exploring all the hidden corners. Highly recpmmend this house for dog lovers.

I enjoy this neighborhood as it is very community minded. It is part of the 3 villages - Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga. It is very central and conveniently located near Gosford, Terrigal, Avoca & Erina.

What makes this property unique

My cottage is one of the few places where you will have the whole property to yourself. It includes plenty of off street parking and a double carport. A beautiful back Zen garden which includes a very private deck and a bbq or quiet coffee or wine.
