Everything was easy simple and affordable., We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the location overlooking the pool and hot tub An end unit felt more private We’ll stocked and decorated beautifully! We are condo owners as well so we got a more critical eye I would think and we were impressed by the cleanliness, modern decor , master bath and shower., we would definitely book again! Thanks!

Fantastic condo/ great family memories

Seachase 205W is an amazing condo! Highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious and very updated corner condo. Our family had an amazing time and we are filled with precious memories. The entire rental and check in experience was super easy. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for 16 years. The ease of renting this particular unit was by far the easiest to date. Thank You to the owner and the rental agent David for such an easy process and follow up during our stay. Again, we will be recommending this unit to family, friends, and anyone asking for a condo recommendation.

We love SeaChase

We had the best time at SeaChase. This unit was clean and looked just like pictures! It was beautifully decorated. The master bath is nicely updated. We loved being on the second floor as it is close to the stairs and you can still see the beautiful view from the balcony. We had everything we needed - coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, etc. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Hoping to be back next year :)

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our 20 something daughters and their boyfriends. I’d like to note that the condo rental only includes 1 parking pass, if you have an additional car like we did, they’ll have to pay $70 for an additional pass. The condo is beautiful. Convenient area close to grocery, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and would respond to text questions promptly. There’s a sleeper in the sectional that I didn’t see listed on the VRBO page so it will probably actually sleep10.

Orange Beach Girls Trip

Everything about 205W was fantastic, will definitely book again when going to Orange Beach. Communication with David prior to the trip was seamless and he always responded quickly. Check in at the "gatehouse" of the resort was informative, quick and made us feel taken care of. The the condo itself .... exactly as described and pictured, and honestly more spacious than we expected! Unit was clean and comfortable. Views of the pool below and the ocean are top notch! 205W is a great place to stay in Orange Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Condo was great. Second story on the corner was perfect. Biggest downfall for the building and for most travelers I bet is there is only one working elevator for the building as of 7/30/22. Going up and down stairs with kids, luggage, beach wagons… it’s a lot. Luckily we were on the second floor.

The very best condo

Our family has been staying in the Gulf Shores area for over 25 years. This condo is, by far, the loveliest, most well furnished condo we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could need. There was never any wishing for a pot or pan. They had it all. The condo is decorated with lovely art and touches throughout. The view was perfect. We can’t wait to book it for next year.
The perfect spot for an afternoon glass of wine, early morning one cup of coffee or needlepointing.

This Condo is absolutly beautiful. The beds are so comfy, the kitchen is amazying. And the bathrooms are to die for. I could live in the bathroom alone. It was so massive and beautiful. The views from the balcony were perfect. If you are looking for a outstanding condo this is the one.

Beautifully Decorated Beach Condo

My four sisters and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures from their website were very accurate, and we loved that it was a corner unit because there were so many windows and great sunlight coming in. We all commented on how EASY it was to get to the beach! We spent afternoons sitting on the deck listening to the waves and feeling the wonderful breeze from the water. There was only one hand towel in the kitchen, so that's the only thing that we would have liked more of. At the time we were there it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Many places for grocery shopping, great restaurants and other shopping just right there! I would definitely book this again.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this condo the first time we walked in. We loved that it's an end unit on the 2nd floor and didn't want to deal with crowded elevators! The condo has so much natural light with its position on the end and you can see beautiful sunsets! SeaChase is close to EVERYTHING you want to do in Orange Beach - fabulous restaurants, nature trails, several grocery stores and much more. We also love that SeaChase is very well-maintained, secure, and is not nearly as crowded as some other developments and the beach is always in fantastic condition.
