To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Nice place , great location walking distance to everything. Could do with updated TV and a TV in the main bedroom. Also some outdoor furniture on the balcony and a Bbq would really add to the palace.

Property is obviously very old. Sliding security door broken, kept coming off track. Cockroach in bedroom on admission. Wasp nest outside single room on window so scary on balcony. Agent was to send someone to fix door but that didn't happen. No dustpan and brush to collect floor sweepings, and the broom and mop available were filthy.
Location was great. Unit is very central to the centre of town. Loungeroom was comfortable.
However, if you need a dark bedroom to sleep, you will need a mask over eyes. There is abit of light that comes through the Venetian blinds. I wore a mask and had a decent sleep.
There was an issue re bins on our stay. We received a text message at each dinnertime telling us to take the bins out from 3 different mobile numbers?? We didn't know if they were meaning the kitchen bin (which we did but in the afternoon when it was daylight) or the wheelie bins for the whole apartment complex. We asked for clarification but noone responded to our text replies or email after we checked how many wheelie bins there were plus we didn't know where to put them. We guessed the kitchen bin in the end but not sure why we needed a daily reminder?
Overall, we loved Kiama. The place was in a good location. Unit was comfortable :)

Bigger rooms than expected for an apartment. Close to things of interest and shops. A few maintenance and child safety issues we raised with management.

Pretty basic but central
The building was dated and not attractive. The flat was very 60's and basic but overall clean. A note said we could help ourselves to anything = half a small jar of instant coffee/ tea bags /stale half small jar of peanut butter but no salt, pepper, cooking oil, milk - very basic offerings and accomodation

Disappointed
The listing and photographs looked a lot better online than in real life. Although the surface areas of the apartment were clean, the apartment was really grubby - the carpet, chairs etc. and I had to re-wash some of the dishes before using them. The whole apartment is in need of some updating. The bath towels provided were very old and need replacing. Small details like the lamps not being near a powerpoint to be able to use them or having to move them was annoying. There was no furniture on the balcony to be able to sit out there and it still had a bottle of cigarette butts from a previous guest. The location was handy to the main centre of town, but was very noisy on the weekend evening.

Location was perfect and the unit had everything you need.
Unit could do with a good clean. Didn't feel as if it was cleaned very well before we arrived. Dirty cutlery and dishes in the cupboards. Dirty foil still under the grill. Very dusty. A thorough clean would have made all the difference.
