The furnishings have all been chosen with the assistance of an interior designer focused on making sure guests feel at home and are able to unwind in the most elegant of surroundings.

The house features high ceilings throughout, especially in the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, and formal sitting room. Fully airconditioned with multiple ceiling fans your comfort is assured.

Space abounds for families or those wishing to holiday together with multiple areas to retreat to for privacy. You may even enjoy a game of pool in a dedicated room with a wall-mounted television for a bit more fun, there's plenty to entertain you here. Different bed configurations can also be arranged prior to your arrival to ensure you and your guests have the most comfortable stay.

A large lounge area features a leather suite which is perfect for the tropical climate. There is a concrete-style coffee table and TV cabinet, a large screen television, and a selection of DVDs to suit all ages.

Next to the lounge room is a formal seating area with comfortable swivel chairs where one can sit, chat, read a book or just enjoy the serenity of the Darwin city skyline.

The dining room is very stylish with chandelier lighting and a 3-meter quality dining table seating 10 (with 2 more chairs available for larger groups if required, just let us know your preference at the time of booking). Here you can gather for your meals whilst sharing stories of your favorite Darwin holiday moments.

The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen all lead out to a large deck. Soak in the heated jacuzzi overlooking the city of Darwin, a sight that will stay with you for some time. Alfresco dining is also available seating 10 along with a separate bar table with four barstools. Ceiling fans keep you cool while you make the most of those views.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need including quality appliances such as a rice cooker and Nespresso pod machine with a starter pack of pods. The recently upgraded waterfall island bench seats four comfortably on beautiful wooden seats. With its designer lighting, stainless steel appliances, and sleek design, the kitchen is a truly beautiful space ensuring self-catering is a pleasure.

There is a dedicated office ensuring those who need to keep connected can take care of business in comfort and privacy, complete with a modern concrete style office table, office chair, and copper lamp. Included is a computer monitor with HDMI input to plug in your laptop. Complimentary WIFI is included.

There is a beautifully appointed powder room for guests also on this level.

Downstairs you will find even more space to relax. There are two leather lounges in the family room which can each be converted to double beds depending on your needs allowing for a 5th bedroom on request. There is a large screen television, a DVD player, board games, kids' toys as well as a Play station with a selection of games to keep kids of all ages fully entertained while you plan your days, or simply relax to enjoy the views and serenity.

An outdoor patio leads from this room overlooking manicured lawns and gardens; there are many options for comfortable seating, plus a coffee table and an outdoor ceiling fan.

All of the bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind. With high-quality mattresses and various types of pillows throughout, you're sure to find your perfect choice. Each bedroom has modern concrete look bedside tables and stunning copper bedside lamps with warm soothing lighting. Stunning artwork adds pops of colour and personality to each space.

Ceiling fans and air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms ensure uninterrupted sleep and there's plenty of storage as each room boasts built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom features its own private sitting room with a comfortable lounge and wall-mounted television. There is ample space to unpack in the generous walk-in wardrobe. An ensuite bathroom completes the parents' retreat with dual sinks, an extra-large dual shower, and a toilet.

A second modern bathroom is provided on the accommodation level with a shower, bath, sink, and toilet.
